Kroger Deli — Restaurant in Oak Park

Have been here 3-4 times and have had to retrieve a shopping cart myself from the parking lot each time. Cashiers are always friendly and personal, but shelves are never well stocked, so it's 50/50 whether a sale item will be available. Another regular observation is that the trash bins in front of the store and in the parking lot are always well overflowing with trash that has spilled over on the ground.
