I made 2 purchases in the Altamonte store. Rick assisted me on both purchases. He was awesome to work with. No pressure sales, just the way it should be. The furniture was delivered and during the delivery my stairs were badly damaged. Obviously it wasn’t intentional. I reached out to the store, they requested that I send photos and they would forward it to the General Manager Steve.

Today makes 2 weeks, no response from the GM and my drywall/stairs are down to the metal stud. We bought a coffee table for $400 2 months ago and it is cracking and the edges are swelling up. We don’t even eat on this table and hardly have any drinks there so it was a complete shock when we saw that it is falling apart. We went to speak with them at the store and told them we only bought an expensive coffee table so it can be good quality that lasts. The women at the store said “ we don’t sell good quality items we only sell items that look good.” But with an expensive price tag. Bad experience buying a set of contemporary set of leather couch cappuccino color even on sale was $1,500 but it doesn't last I even don't used much them, not had guest just last year I used normal but easily started peeling or scratches marks showing even I put covers.Also they came to clean my carpet so I moved the big sofa & got a mini scratch in the back & I discovered the inside color of the leather has a green color.."??? so is fake not a leather.I will call them how much it will cost me to repair the fake leather probably expensive", after this experiences, I never will buy any...
