The store building itself is new, less than a year old. It looks new, is clean and still has that new store smell. Parts of the store seem too full of products and cluttered, other parts are spacious, organized and nice to browse because it's easy to look at everything. One of my favorite things is that the store is so good at making sure the products have a price tag on them. It's been rare to find an unmarked with the price item. It's a discounted store so inventory is hit or miss. Sometimes I find good deals, other times I come away disappointed but that isn't a mark against the store, it's the kind of store it is with revolving inventory so anyone that complains or takes it out negatively on the store is unfair and prob loves to hear themselves complain. I do feel some sections are over priced like clothing and accessories and haven't bought anything from those departments. Home decor and household items is a great area for good prices. Health and beauty is my favorite section because of the really discounted high end skincare and makeup products! Two Dr Brandt products for less than the price of one normally, ahave body butter for less than 5 dollars and ole henrikson cleanser for 10 dollars! Those were a few of my steals today. And I always find great discounted items in this department. It's the main reason I normally stop in. This store does have something for everyone and the things I find expensive and inexpensive might be a different opinion from someone else but I guarantee you'll find some department in the store that's your favorite and the reason you...
Read moreI absolutely love this T.J. Maxx! I've been to quite a few but I have to say this is the only TJ Maxx that I've been to where everything is placed nicely on the racks and shelves. They have a great selection of Handbags and wallets. I bought two handbags . Both DKNY. One was $200 markdown to below 60. Absolutely Flawless. Nothing wrong with it. Perfumes, colognes and Jewelry. Nice jewelry. Not junk. Personal items like shampoos, facial wipes, essential oils...etc. Again, quality products, not garbage. Example, Shampoos by Living Proof and Kenra. Adorable, good quality activewear. Baby clothes that match! Their shoe selection was a little small but their home goods selection was very attractive! The men's department could use a little help. Not a very big selection there. Though I did find my husband a very nice Timberland belt, Reebok jogging pants, shorts, boxer briefs and two casual long-sleeve shirts. Also very good quality and perfect condition. The store was very clean, brightly lit up and there was always an employee available and happy to help. Looking forward to going back and buying...
Read morePrices not marked on tons of things. Two women doing all the work on the floor while everyone stands around except for the cashiers. And icing on the cake I was followed like I was a shop lifter. I guess my mom jeans and cole haan sandals made them nervous. Not impressed but they had some products I wanted so I bought them. Might take them back to the Knoxville store where I don’t get followed like a criminal. And let’s just say there were some shady looking people in there with large bags so I felt targeted where I almost said something. Won’t be back. Management needs to be...
