I called desperate to get my phone fixed because the screen completely went out on me and there was no way to communicate with my job or my kids. I called to find out the service fee but the listing said they were closed. I called and Bora answered and offered to stay late and fix the phone for me. Initially I was happy with the work but after paying over $500 for screen replacement, back glass replacement, tempered privacy screen protector, & a case my fingerprint scanner quit working a week later and within another 2 weeks my entire screen went out AGAIN. AND WITH NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE AND I WAS TOLD ALL THEY COULD DO IS FIX THE SCREEN AGAIN FOR around $300 this time. Updated Review!! My phone was reading my SIM card prior to getting fixed. I had my screen replaced and the owner had replaced my frame no charge due to not telling me prior. My phone would not read my SIM after phone being fixed. I took the phone back to the place and explained what had happen. The owner stated would fix phone no charge due.
