My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight, April 12, 2021, at round 7:30 pm. I must say I am very displeased with the service, quality of food, and overall cleanliness of the store. I'll begin with the service, when we came in we were not greeted in any fashion. No one even acknowledged our presence. We were the only ones in the lobby and the drive thru was not very busy. Once we placed our order. We waited for a good 10 minutes before it was ready. Another lady came in at that point before hand and had an issue with her order from the drive thru. One of the employees automatically assumed that our order was hers and attempted to give it to her. We had gone outside to sit at the outdoor table to eat our food when I realized we hadn't gotten our drink. So I went back inside and stood for a couple of minutes before I had to wave down a cook. I told him I didn't receive our drinks and proceeded to ask for our Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero and a water. He brought me a regular which my boyfriend cannot have. He didn't know that there was a diet version of the drink, I had to explain to him that it was on the drink menu. The quality of our food was horrible. My boyfriend had two burritos both of which were very cold. Due to his blood sugar being low he didn't complain or tell me until we left. He also had a chicken quesadilla that was over cooked. As for the cleanliness of the store that was by far the worst. The outdoor trashcan was completely stuffed full and couldn't be used. The inside of the store had straw wrappers and trash everywhere. The tables weren't clean and when I got someone from the kitchen, it was a mess. There was food and trash on the floor and the counters and containers were clearly being cross contaminated. One young man had an afro and should have been wearing a hair net since he was preparing and making food. Overall I would not recommend this Toca Bell to anyone and we will not be back at this establishment until it has been cleaned and proper sanitation has been utilized...

After waiting with my 2 small children for 20 minutes I finally receive my food. I ordered Fiesta potatoes for my daughter among other things. Clearly, this is an item you need a fork for. I wait patiently at the front counter for the cashier to approach and retrieve a fork. She never shows. The extremely rude employee preparing food for the drive through looks up as if to say " what the he// do you want". I say " do you have a fork". She yells "whaaaaat" I say " can I get a spork" she yells again so I speak louder this time "CAN I PLEASE HAVE A FORK"? She yells at me to wait as she proceeds to continue making taco after taco, purposefully ignoring me. She must've felt so powerful in that moment, knowing that she could've grabbed me a fork 3 tacos ago but my lunch wasn't nearly as important as the one being prepared for the drive through window. Ok. I'm a problem solver, I can handle this. So I decided to peek behind the register on my own quest for a fork, this proved to be successful due to the mean taco lady and 4 other people hurriedly approaching me and yelling at me to get out from behind the counter. I finally had their attention. And the entire restaurants. I was handed my fork and my starving children were able to eat their potatoes. But not without being yelled at and embarrassed in front of the 20 other customers in the dining room. This was the most ridiculous situation that could've been avoided in so many different ways.
I do recommend this place for those who enjoy paying money for horrible customer service and waiting 20 minutes for...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru. Already placed the order on the mobile app. Tell them we were there to pick up that mobile order. They gave the food and drinks. The box meals were not in boxes. All the food was in one bag. We pulled over in their parking lot to verify we had everything. To our surprise we had everything except for one item. The drive-thru line was out of the parking lot, and their lobby was closed. Knocked on the door. The person running the drive-thru came and I told him that we were missing an item. He went back in and started working back in the drive-thru. Another employee came and I told her the same issue, and she said that her manager would not let them hand food out the door, and we would have to go back to the drive-thru. Asked her why we wouldn't have to do that when it was their fault that they messed it up and left something out. She asked if I wanted to get the manager, and I said yes please. A couple minutes later the manager came out and told us the same thing that they cannot hand food out the door. And that we would have to go to the drive-thru. I asked if they're going to replace the whole meal, because the rest of the food would get cold from us having to wait in the drive-thru line. The manager started getting rude and mentioned, "I'm pretty sure you all have a microwave or stove at home that you could heat the food up." I then asked if we could return the food for a refund. Then I was told that only the GM could do that and the GM would not be in until the next day. Then the manager turned around and walked in the store. Completely uncalled for. Will never go back to this restaurant again. Worst 50 bucks...
