Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been inside of!!! The floors were sticky from something that spilt on the floor so I say, "The floor is extremely sticky!", and extremely over-weight and rude Chick-fil-A employee turns to look over her right should shouting, quite out loud AND rude-toned I might add, "I KNOW THERE'S SOMETHING ON THE FLOOR!" As you can see the soda machines weren't working and there was mess everywhere including tea all over the counter and straw wrappers too.
To make it worse, I asked for double-cooked fries, because I HATE Chick-fil-A "FRIES", and three of the employees said, "our owner won't let us do that any more!!" I'm like, "But I am the customer!" "We apologize", they said, "but our owner won't let us do that!" I told them that I was just at another Chick-fil-A, and they did it for me, why can't you??? Because we're not allowed to... GRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
I'm telling you, this is not the last time I will ever go to this Chick-fil-A, but it ain't because I will eat there.... my kids love Chick-fil-A, and there are days this is the only location I can get them dinner or lunch at, but if there were a choice, I would NEVER return to this one!!! Read moreThis is the 3rd bad customer experience I have had with them, finally got to call em out. First to were forgotten items and they wouldn't give me anything the next time I came in and brought it up... This last time was giving me 4 sink waters when I ordered meals for my kids. I said, I don't want those I paid for a drink... I want a water bottle not free sink water. (Which they didn't mention when I was ordering) With a huge line behind me he takes a minute to recalculate my order with bottles and says they want me to pay an additional 33 cents. Give me a break. At this point they owe me money for not getting a complete meal. I returned my meal expecting someone with common sense to go... We are going to lose a 50 dollar meal over 33 sense and give me the water bottles for free. Nope. They let me return my meal and never tried to make it right. Remember, even though chic filet may be founded by a Christian orginization. Individuals own each franchise and I would rather support another business. I went to chic filet way to much... for my health, it's probably a good thing...

Well, I said this should smooth out in time. Today they forgot my entire sauce order. The order taker read it back to me, so I know she entered it into the system. This is 4 of the last 6 visits to area Chick-fil-A restaurants that have either left out the plasticware or failed to include the requested sauces. This didn't used to be an issue at any CfA. Now it's a chronic problem.
Update two weeks later: Now they are claiming that they have a sauce shortage and are giving out only limited amounts. This is entirely likely, but disappointing nonetheless.
Update months later: Simply put, this location isn't up to the speed standards of stores in Knoxville. There's a lack of customer focus in the drive-thru, manifested by lots of staff standing around between taking orders chatting amongst themselves about...
