I heard great things from this boba tea shop but when I went inside and started ordering the person on the other side didn't even know what they had on the menu. And the speaker made it hard for me to understand. (They would also speak over me which already made it difficult)after like 20 minutes they finally figured out what I wanted which was Caramel boba, Twin tea boba, and spring rolls. Now as I was waiting for my food I would see other people With much Larger orders get their foods and drinks first and I have already been sitting there on the sofas for over 47 minutes. Next thing I know is they put my drinks and food on the side of their table without calling my number.I approach them and ask them why they didn't say my number But they insisted that they called my number(They never did) keep in mind This order took over 47 minutes and right when I saw the drinks I realized that they didn't give me the twin tea boba but Instead Gave me milk tea boba! And I waited over 47 minutes for a "little mistake" as said by the staff. When I asked for a refund they said they can't give me back my money Which was surprising to me. ALSO MY caramel boba didn't even have that much caramel Which made me even more Upset And the final thing was The spring rolls was really dry And didn't even have enough flavor, Actually more like it didn't have any flavor. Overall my experience here was HORRIBLE. Will I be coming back? HELL NO I don't know what I did to deserve the...
Read moreLove the boba and pudding toppings here (great flavor and consistency), and the tea-based drinks I've tried. However, Taro Milk Tea used to be a go-to for me, and after this week no longer will be. In the past I've ordered this drink and I swear it was made with fresh taro - this week I ordered a "fresh taro milk tea" with soymilk, boba, and pudding at 0% sweetness, and it tasted SO overwhelmingly sweet and artificial that I had to go home and dilute it with milk just to be able to drink it. It was disappointing to spend over $7 on such an unenjoyable drink, and maybe they would have remade it for me had I went back but I had already driven away. I wish that when I ordered "fresh taro" the person working would have clarified that I would not be receiving a drink with fresh taro, so I could have switched my order to something I could enjoy. Very disappointed in the change of quality - with fresh taro there is natural sweetness that along with the boba and pudding makes it just the right balance of sweet and flavorful. With what I was given, even at 0% sweet, the only flavor I tasted was "sugar" -- maybe whoever was making it misread the 0% as 100%? Maybe the powder they're using already has sugar mixed in?
I will still hit this place up when I want a tea-based drink, but it's hard pass on the current taro flavor they seem to have...
Read moreDrink literally sitting on the counter for 10mins. I'm standing right infront the pickup counter tryna ask to get my order. Cashier ignores, keep taking new orders. Finally tell me it'd not ready when they are moving on to new orders and I see the drinks sitting there with my order id... but wait they can't find the other drink... She moved it to the other counter getting confused instead of immediately calling out the order once they finished it and put it on the pick up counter.
Creating more unorganized chaos.
Ordered 2 drinks: peppermint was chilling there, I was waiting for the basic milk tea with pearls. An easy make...in fact I watched them make 8 more, taking a few to the back... Seeing one drink on the counter and the other moved to the side, I'm just standing here with my ticket. Like hello? I just wanna get my drink before it's room temp.
How about Instead of taking new orders getting more confused of what drink is what when u place them on the station , u stop and actually send out the FINISHED orders.
