Long story short, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Rented this space for an event and have never been so disrespected and mistreated ever. There were a few miscommunications on both ends, which is normal and business. However, situations that could've easily been worked out was met with blatant disrespect by the owner. She walked away during talking, refused to make eye contact, and even threatened to shut down the event as we were setting up. Let's not forget she allowed her prior event to take their time with cleaning up and they didn't breakdown at all (we did), despite the fact we paid to start setup at 6pm and they didn't leave until nearly 7pm. She even was so rude at the end of the night to take tables and chairs away from attendees as they were sitting talking, participating in speed introductions. Just rude! She ended the event at 10pm exactly totally ignoring thevdact we didn't get the hour to setup because she allowed the other group to stay during our hour.
