I usually don’t write reviews, and honestly, if I could, I wouldn’t even bother rating this business. I’ve been coming to this nail shop since last year—at first just for pedicures. The quality has noticeably gone downhill since then. I’ve had different techs work on me, and it’s clear who’s still learning versus who actually has years of experience. Recently, I started getting acrylic French nails, and that’s where the frustration really set in. I’ve had several nails break constantly, which makes no sense considering I’m paying over $100 each time. The price isn’t the issue—it’s the fact that I have to keep coming back for repairs. Other worker seemed annoyed when asked for colors and slammed color tray in front of me which was off putting

Normally chromes last me 3 weeks - my nails grow out before the chrome ever chips. I went back the next day, and was touched up. But really, they should have just redone the whole thing. Within a day after the touch up, I was chipping massively. I came in today to have them taken off because they were really ugly. Chipping, peeling, gross. And they charged me $5 for take off and even cut my cuticle till I bled on my thumb. I won’t...
