Donaway Furniture exceeded my expectations! The second I walked in, not one, but three different people asked if they could help me. I went in to look for flooring and ended up ordering the same day and it was installed 10 days later! Kayla was amazing to work with and has great taste. She sent me home with three samples to try in the room. I called her with my LVF color choice and within minutes I was contacted by Brandon for dimensions & price quote. My beautiful new floors were installed in less than four hours less than two weeks later! The workers were prompt, efficient and extremely tidy. I highly recommend this store for outstanding service and selection of furniture & flooring. I also would highly recommend Bethany Resort Furnishings (sister store a few minutes up the road) for an awesome sectional/sofa and mattress selection. Sales consultant Rob from Donaway actually recommended I meet with their Designer Laurie to select a sectional. They even offered to come to my home and help me! TERRIBLE STORE BEWARE . PURCHASED AN ITEM IN CASH GOT RECEIPT PAID IN FULL NEVER GOT THE ITEM, THEN THEY TOLD US WE NEVER PAID FOR IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BACK ORDERED. OUR COUCH IS ONLY A YEAR OLD AND YOU SHOULD SEE HOW ITS WEARING. SOME OTHER FURNITURE DELIVERED WAS CRACKED WHILE THEIR WAREHOUSE PUT IT TOGETHER. AFTER WE COMPLAINED WE WERE CURSED AT AND THROWN OFF THEIR PROPERTY. 😤 I WAITED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE IM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO WRITE A REVIEW ON EVERYTHING WE PURCHASED BUT THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I had the best Experience shopping for furniture at Donaway. I have been to three furniture stores prior and was very frustrated that I couldn’t find what I wanted at my price point. I walked into Donaway and The owner happened to greet me and was super friendly. I told him about my prior negative experiences. He set me up with one of the family member Sales people and she was absolutely awesome. It was super busy and she actually helped several customers at once without missing a beat. She helped me pick out what I needed, Gave me great advice and ended up Spending right within my budget. They were also able to deliver on a holiday weekend While I was still in town.
