This facility does not even deserve a 1star. The “manager” was very rude. My family and I were bowling and having a great time until we attempted to play a machine. There was a sign stating if the machine was not working to open and close the toy door. While my husband was attempting to do this, the “manager” walked by and said “stop messing with that……please”. My question is why wouldn’t she say, that machine is not working and out of order…. And if this was her first time addressing the matter, why did she choose those words as if she had already told me it wasn’t working. Where was the professionalism…..I am not a child! Instead of being apologetic for the way she talked to me, she insisted we leave or she would call the cops. She stated my husband and I was climbing into the machine….why would we do this? As the manager, her customer service skills are nonexistent . The situation did not have to escalate to the police coming if she would have handled it correctly. She upset my children by arguing and being rude. If you believe in equality, you should not visit this location

Our family couldn’t have had a better meal and more fun than our evening out at Alley Oops! The food is incredible! We went on Tuesday night which is “Steak night”... you receive $10 off their New York Strip which is a beautiful thick cut, prepared and seasoned perfectly over red skin mashed potatoes and served with blistered green beans which were incredible. We also enjoyed several of their appetizers prior to our meal, including Bavarian Pretzel Twists, Fried Pickles and Seared (to perfection) Ahi Tuna. All 5 of us couldn’t have been more pleased with our meals. The games are abundant. My grandson had the time of his life playing lots of arcade games including a boardwalk favorite “Skee Ball”. There’s a virtual reality game and mini bowling lanes as well... lots to please and entertain the whole gang. I saw that they also have space for private parties and events so this is definitely a place we’ll visit often for great food and lots of fun!

Out of season but still very nice out and was seated right away on a Saturday night. Our order was taken after our waitress noticed that the hostess put us in the back which we didn’t mind bc we have small kids. Buying a playing card was worth the $100 bc you get extra points so it pays off. Food was delicious and came out very fast. Crab egg rolls, fish and chips, surf & turf salad were all good. Wife reports that the drink Endless Summer was also made well. Arcade games were age appropriate for my 3 and 1 year old. We will be back to play some more, try to bowl, and to collect prizes. Outdoor eating is also on top of the venue with great views.

An Unforgettable Experience at AlleyOops Uptown! EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT!

My recent visit to AlleyOops Uptown was nothing short of spectacular! This place is a hidden gem, blending a perfect mix of fun, food, and entertainment that’s ideal for families, friends, or even a date night.

Ambiance & Atmosphere: As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted with an energetic and vibrant atmosphere. The decor is a fun mix of retro and modern, with neon lights and murals that set the tone for a night of excitement. The place is impeccably clean, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.

Entertainment: The entertainment options are endless! We started off with some bowling, and the lanes were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the latest technology. The virtual reality (VR) games were a big hit with our group. It felt like we were transported to another world, and the immersive experience is something I highly recommend trying.

The arcade area was equally impressive, filled with a variety of games that cater to all ages. From classic games like air hockey and skee-ball to the latest video game titles, there’s something for everyone. The prizes are also worth mentioning—good quality and a nice selection.

Food & Drinks: Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu at AlleyOops Uptown is diverse, offering something for every palate. We ordered a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses, and everything was delicious. The crab dip was a standout, creamy and full of flavor, served with warm pretzel bites. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with fresh toppings. Their pizza was also a crowd-pleaser, with a crispy crust and just the right amount of cheese and toppings.

The drink menu is just as impressive, offering a wide range of options from craft beers to creative cocktails. I highly recommend trying the "Uptown Special" cocktail—it was refreshing and expertly mixed.

Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we had a great time. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food came out in a timely manner, and our drinks were never empty.

Overall Experience: AlleyOops Uptown offers an experience that’s hard to beat. It’s a one-stop shop for entertainment, food, and fun. Whether you’re looking to have a laid-back night out or a full-on party, this place has it all. The attention to detail, from the ambiance to the quality of food and entertainment, makes it clear that AlleyOops Uptown is committed to providing a top-tier experience for its guests.

I can’t wait to come back and explore more of what they have to offer. If you’re in the area and looking for a fun night out, look no further—AlleyOops Uptown is the...

This was the second year that I attended my grand children's birthday party. By far, the entire event was much better last year. The male servers were on top of everything and constantly checking in with the parents to make sure everything was ok of it they needed anything. Not the case this year. One of the waitresses was smart mouthed. She had so much negativity it was terrible. Was told the parents would advise when the meals were to come out. They came out with the meals and of course the kids were still playing games and they took the food back and brought it back in 10 minutes and of course it was cold. The same waitress kept coming and interrupting the parents as they were serving the cupcakes and said do you want your bill? She wouldn't stop. Then finally they said yes to bring it. Again parents busy with getting cupcakes and brownies distributed to the kids, Then they sent one of the other waitresses in and she said "they sent me in to collect your bill, is it ready", for god sake did they think we were going to walk out. Then they had 19 kids attend the party and were charged for 20 cards. When she was questioned, the same smart mouthed said "I counted them my self", wrong answer honey, you should have said I counted them but let me go back and double check for you. There was no arguing with her and what happened to respect and the customer being right. Needless to say it was a train wreck and the waitress should remember that if it weren't for patrons she would not get paid, and I can tell you the tip they were charged in no way should have been charged due to the lack of service and kindness from the staff. I even cleaned up, and stacked up plates for them and this is they way patrons are treated. If I have anything to do with it, they will not come back for...

Horrible experience! I hate to even give it one star! My family was in town for a cheer competition and this was our first time going to Allyoops and it was definitely our last! First There was no Organization at all. Second My children wanted to bowl and I was told it was on a first come basis so and had to be paid by the players card so I got one with 40$ cash and one for 20$ cash for my older child while I waited to get a bowl spot after finding one I had set my things down including the player card to help my youngest play when finished I was rudely approached and asked if I was done yet I said yes and quickly got my children away. I then went to grab my card and it was gone I immediately went back and the gentleman was again very rude and nasty and told me no he doesn’t have it good bye um what I know it was there I only took about 7 steps before turning around anyway the manager at the front said oh well there is nouthing they can do about that I said it was 40$ on that card my kids only bowled ONE game there is a lot of money left and again they said there’s nouthing they could do they didn’t even take the time to walk over and address the gentleman or anything just brushed it off they didn’t offer to replace it or even try to help at all At that point I was completely fed up and told them I would not be eating and took my kids out of that place. I can’t not even believe not a single person could help me not one thing could be done I even had the receipt with the time showing I just got there it was unbelievable. My kids where so upset including myself I just spent 60$ For one game of bowling and it ruined our...
