Do not rent in this building! We were staying in 303N. And the company who handles the rental is not doing a good job. They have MICE in the apartment! And the floors are very dirty. We were so disgusted! And we were staying with a baby who was crawling everywhere and playing with toys...

Bel immeuble situé très près du bord de la mer. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenu. On peut apercevoir l’océan et la baie à partir du balcon. Il n'y a pas un condo identique ici, donc je ne ferai pas de commentaire général à ce sujet, mais le mien était propre et bien entretenu. Il avait certainement besoin d'une mise à jour pour se moderniser, et de quelques améliorations et ajustements, mais l'essentiel était correct et disponible. Absence totale de recyclage ici et partout ailleurs à Ocean City, c’est très étonnant...
