This man was absolutely rude to me and my father for no justifiable reason. We came from Olympia to look at pieces to decorate and furnish a gentleman's salon. We found two large antique vanity sets that we were interested in purchasing that the lady behind the counter said had been in the store for quite a while. We asked permission to photo the pieces to send to our business partner and continued browsing while we waiting for a reply. This man walks in the store and stares at us from behind the counter watching while we shopped for about five more minutes before he starts going off about how we dont need to touch any of his things unless we plan to buy. I explained to him that alot of the items were missing a price tag and i was simply looking for that information. He started to argue with me about why i was looking at his things at all. I explained to him my intentions to purchase the two pieces and why. He again asked why i was touching the small items if i was only looking for furniture. He clearly didnt catch the "and decorating" part of my explanation, or just wasnt listening. He then insisted that i needed to ask him the price of each item i was curious about. I had looked at dozens of door knobs, pictures, hankerchiefs, at least a hundred different small items at that point. If this man is so out of control of his emotions that he puts himself in a state of that much stress and irritation over watching a customer and her father handle a box of doorknobs, he absolutely should not be running an antique store. It is a damn shame to have come all the way out here to find exactly what we were looking for, only to get chased out of this place by such an irrational man. Meanwhile two tweakers were in the back of the shop quietly pocketing more than just doorknobs. I hope that man has a better day....

I saw some cool planes hanging from the ceiling and I was trying to get a better look.
I didn't realize they were behind the counter because it was covered with stuff and there wasn't a rope or a door. And like I said, I was looking at the plane above because I was trying to see them better. I had been wanting to get planes to hang from my ceiling for years and have been hoping to see them at an antique shop so I was super excited that I finally found some. Next thing I knew I was being screamed that I was in an off limit zone. I was very confused because it looked like the other glass containers around the store I had gone around and i honestly didn't realize and I was confused why he was being so scary and mean. I was so scared I ran out of the store. It was an honest accident but he didnt have to be so mean about it. I just wanted to look...
Read moreTo say I want to move the Ocean Shores just to be close to this store is an understatement. I visited from Arizona or else I would have bought a ton more! Vintage golf clothes and hats, super cool vintage non sports clothes, home decor, VHS movies, and many more amazing items. The owners were there and were genuinely the kindest people. You can spend hours going through their store and still excited to come back for a round two of treasure hunting. They even interact with you on their Facebook page (which I also highly, highly recommend following). Please go here and just enjoy exploring. Don’t forget to look up at the items up high because I nearly did and they showed me the perfect gift I was searching for (a mini Roman soldier statue that became the mascot for our family trip). I attached a couple photos of some of the items I bought and now...
