The only reason for the lost point is for the inconvenience of a return visit. I went in for a free consultation and was told that it would include an ultrasound. Due to some miscommunication in office, the doctor was not expecting me and ran out of time. However, he was still willing to do the procedure, but I would have to make another appointment. I did so for the following day and left with my questions answered. I was very pleased that Dr. Taylor took the time to address my concerns and did not give me the "bums rush" out the door. Especially since I made it clear that treatment was unlikely anytime soon. I will most definitely consider returning for treatment...

DR. TOM IS A GODSEND FOR MY PAIN MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTIONS AND HAS HELPED ME TO NOT ONLY FUNCTION WEEKLY BUT HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN PROVIDING A PRAGMATIC HOPEFULNESS FOR MY HEALING JOURNEY. FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, ALMOST ALL MY DOCTORS HAVE SAID I AM A "COMPLEX SPECIMEN." DR. TOM HAS A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS WHICH EQUQTES TO THE TEAM OF DOCTORS NEEDED TO ADDRESS MY COMPLEX ISSUES. HE HAS NOT ONLY IDENTIFIED SOME PROBLEMS OTHER DOCTORS NEVER ADDRESSED, HE IS HELPING ME RESOLVE THEM ONE BY ONE. I enjoy such peace and calm when I am being treated by Dr Tom. It's extremely comfortable and I always feel like progress is being made. It's probably the best doctor experience I have had.

Update after 2 months of seeing Dr Tom and Priscilla:

I am very happy to report, the horrid pain which brought me to Dr Tom and Priscilla is now gone! It is a truly miraculous feeling to be pain free after such agonizing upper right shoulder pain which basically had stopped me from doing or enjoying anything!

I will miss my weekly visits with the very positive, respectful and warm office of folks... But I know a GREAT provider of pain relief should I need...
