Tonys Fresh Mexican Food — Restaurant in Oceanside

I work overnight and I saw my coworker with some Mexican food and wanted to know where she got it. She said there was this place down the street from our workplace. I try it out for my lunch the next night. I liked the food, the sauces were yummy and the gentleman who served me was nice and had good customer service. Today, I thought I'd give them another shot as I had a really good experience with them last time. When I got there, the guy took a while to come to the register to take my order. I'm thinkin' "Eh, he's by himself. He probably had something to do before I got there" So I'm waiting there for a moment, and a moment turned into a few minutes. When he finally came to the register, he looked like he'd just woken up and was kind of muttering words so I couldn't quite understand what he was saying at first. So he rings me up, hands me my change without counting it back to me but I trusted that he wouldn't do me wrong. He goes and makes my food, I'm getting my sauces while I'm waiting. He hands me my food and I'm outta there. I get back to work and I want to get something to drink. I pull out my change and I'm short $5, so I call the place back and let him know what was going on. The guy was like..."Okay...?" I'm like, "Well...I'm here at work and I won't be able to go back there right now until my next break, which is around 4. Will you still be there?" He goes, "What time are you coming?" I'm standing here like O.o.... "Around 4. Will you be there still?" Anyways, I'm going back there, hopefully it doesn't turn into an issue. He needs to work on his service though.

Food is good, cheap prices and different combos you can choose from. But the servers need to get on their A game. After this experience, I don't think I'll be going back...

Service, food ready bad. It was the only place I could find that was open. The cashier had just pulled up with a bag of groceries. I ordered to go a carne asada burrito super salty,I ordered my wife some nachos with everything and it only had a little meat and dripping in sour cream witch she ended throwing it away. I also ordered enchiladas for my parents that where visiting from out of town and was also very salty and didn't eat either. We ended up going out to eat because the food was all really bad. Oh while I was waiting for my order the cashier didn't even acknowledge my food was ready until I went and asked him. Then will going through the food I asked him if everything I ordered was there and he just walked away saying yes... So really bad experience price was expensive food was awful so I will never go back...

So dissatisfied and disappointed with this place . Not only were there missing items that ordered and paid for , but the food was so bad I called to tell them ( I’ve never done that in my life) and have been in the service Industry for most of my life. The man told me to bring it back and he would refund me , which I did , but when I got there he tried to hid ! And all of a sudden he could barely speak English . When he realized I wasn’t taking no for an answer ( can’t stand liars ) he told me he would not be giving me my 46.00 dollars back. So not only was the food horrible , he lied to me. Then refused to give my refund . So here I am hoping to help somebody not have to go thu what I did. I left the bad of unedible food there . And hope he spent my 46.00 dollars on a class in...
