We bought and for two couches in April. Sadly, I did not do a full inspection on the furniture when it arrived. We began noticing a sag in the seat cushions in September. Finally I called in October. They sent out a tech from a third party. The day he arrived we noticed additional issues, mainly that the seam in the bottom cushion had come apart. We also told him that we were unhappy with the back cushions as they were also breaking down and did not fit the couch properly. I told him that I thought that one of the couches may have a problem with the frame but he never checked it. His solution was to order one new cover, 4 new inserts for the seats and more fill for all of the back cushions. That was almost one month ago. We have not seen any of the replacement items. We were having guests for a get-together. Typically we keep blankets on the seats to keep the furniture from getting dirty. I removed the blankets and was reminded about the bad seam which was highly visible and getting worse. I thought I could flip and reverse the cushions to "hide" the problem. Imagine my surprise when one of the cushions had black grease stripes on the bottom! I know, one would think I would have discovered it earlier, but I'm not in the habit of lifting the cushions. We are not messy people and we had been covering the couch with the blanket so it never occurred to us to lift up the cushions. Once I discovered that cushion was dirty I began to inspect EVERYTHING. I found more dirt and grease on another cushion AND a third cushion had holes at the back near the zipper! I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Conn's who only wants to "fix" the problem. I stated that I was fairly certain that they had sent me either used or floor models and I had not received new furniture. She just kept parroting whatever she has been told to tell the customer. These couches cost us just over 2000.00. I would have been happy to have them returned and replaced with another product and even pay the difference it it were a more expensive product. I am highly disappointed that Conn's clearly does NOT stand behind their products and I do NOT recommend that anyone buy any products from this company. If necessary I will escalate this to a BBB report and I will file a small claims suit as we can ill afford to pay this kind of money for such poor quality furniture. UPDATE: while there is a response from Conn's I have yet to personally hear from them other than what was originally stated in my review! I have heard from the repair people who have NOT updated my need for 3 covers and the other items are not slated to arrive for at least 6 weeks! This has to be the poorest customer service, EVER! These couches should be returned because of the extensive damage. I would never expect a customer to pay this amount of money and then just say, oh well, wait while we try to fix it. We spoke on 3/26/22 regarding the purchase i did for the compact refrigerator. After we spoke i have called twice and have spoke to two different representatives and i still have not received a call or any emails regarding this situation. This will be my last email regarding this situation im requesting a follow asap regarding this matter. The refrigerator does not work and I will NOT stay with something that does not work. Besides that your return policy clearly states i have 30 days to return the product with a 15% restocking fee. I purchased 2 tv's with warranty from the Conn's store in Altamonte Springs, which is now closed along with the Orange city store. An 85inch and a 65inch Samsung. The 85 inch was sent by a delivery company. Tv was in the box and everything. The 65inch was delivered in the backseat of some guys car, not in the box, no film strip either. The guy told me it was new and I refused to accept the tv but the delivery guy said he worked at the store and couldn't take it back now b/c he had another delivery. Turns out he was a manager at the store. I was told arrangements would be made to pick up the tv at a later date and bring one in a box. That never happened and it stopped working in 4 months. The 1st tech that came out said a part needed to be replaced and that part was delivered a few days later. A 2nd tech came out to install the part and fix the TV. He looks at the TV and tells me he can't fix it, my warranty is not going to cover it, and Conns is going to say that I damaged the tv, which voids out the warranty. He also tells me the tv was refurbished when he looked up the serial# and saw other work orders for the same tv before I ever received it. I called warranty, who still refused to repair or replace the tv. I tried to at least get the money I spent on the warranty back but everytime I tried to get cust svc, their automated system disconnects the call and I called 3 different phone numbers. Had to buy another tv from Best Buy, which was a better purchase. The tv was $50 less than the one I bought from Conn's, the warranty was $100 less than Conn's warranty, and it was a newer 65inch Samsung model than the one from Conn's.
