My Dad called in to order a lot of pizza and requested delivery to our home. We had family from out of town over, and wanted to enjoy a nice meal without anyone having to leave to pick up the food. I recommended this Pizza Hut location to my Dad because I had good experiences there before. Dad ordered the food, Pizza Hut took his credit card info and address over the phone, and we waited for the delivery. Pizza Hut committed to make the delivery within 45 minutes of the phone call. We waited for an hour, then Dad called in to see what was taking so long. When he called in, Dad was told that Pizza Hut had mistakenly set up his order for pickup, not delivery. My brother and I then went to this Pizza Hut together to pick up the food (much to everyone’s chagrin. We really didn’t enjoy leaving our family that we rarely get to see). When I walked up to the register, I gave the cashier the order information, and she was very rude to me. She was talking to co-workers over me, and she was very demanding. She informed me that Pizza Hut had not only mislabeled the order, but they had also not charged the credit card. Then the cashier began talking to me as if I were somehow foolish because I didn’t know that they never charged Dad’s card (they literally made him wait on the phone while they processed the payment. I genuinely don’t understand how they could have messed this up so badly). I called my Dad and he checked with his bank, and Pizza Hut had indeed neglected to charge his card. I was so frustrated and disappointed in the service we received that I just walked out with my brother and left. I can’t believe I recommended this company to anyone. After an hour and a half of waiting and dealing with disrespectful and incompetent employees, we ordered from Marco’s Pizza instead. Very disappointed in the service here. Definitely will not be...
Read moreOrdered take-out the day before hurricane Ian was to hit. I thought my order would have been ready in the 15 minutes advised by the person that took my order. When I arrived there was a line and a long wait before making it to the counter to get my pie that I ordered and paid for before I left my house. Much to my chagrin, the pizza was not ready for pickup, or even in line to be made. Once the employee printed my ticket, my order appeared on the queue board to be made. My wait time was close to an hour, if it didn't exceed it. Mind you, there were only two people working. As people came in trying to order, they were turned away because it was "pickup only" at that time. Hats off to the employees that made sure everyone got their orders, while still having to clean and close the restaurant and do their own preparations for the coming hurricane. I pray they made it to their respective homes and were safe during hurricane Ian. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and I...
Read moreCurrently calling and calling this location and no answer. Just did a pick up order on my way to work and I was in a hurry that when I got to work I noticed the family pasta was in 2 separate individual foil bowels. Extremely confusing since I did the family special with 2 pastas that was always advertised to feed 4 and 5 bread sticks. No way these bowels could feed 4 people. Can anyone help here? Like fix the mistake and give me 2 more bowels? I've ordered this for delivery before and picked up before at a different location and the family pasta always came in rectangle pans that was enough to feed 4 people. I guess I'll have to take this as a loss and will probably be my last time ordering. The chicken alfredo was the same as always but the meaty marinara was gross. I've always loved the meaty marinara but this time it was horrible. Sauce had no flavor, pepperoni and sausage on top with cheese? Sorry, go back to what you guys...
