Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ocoee

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!! Moved to Florida back in November and have ordered from this location roughly 13 times. 85% of the time they NEVER have your order ready for pickup when you arrive! Or...if they do, it's incorrect!

When ordering for multiple people, they will NOT label the items based on the names you provided while ordering online, but rather categorize them with a number. Seriously?!?!?! You're that lazy that you can't put the name of who the order belongs to on the item?!?!

Tonight was the worst and LAST experience I will put up with when it comes to this location! Ordered online...came to pickup...was told they don't see my order and I need to provide my confirmation. Run to the car to grab my phone, show them my confirmation and all of a sudden they find my order receipt and then tells me, someone else grabbed your order. Ummmm ok....now what?!?!

They offer to make the order again but...they don't have the ingredients I ordered. No chicken, tortillas or white rice!! I tell them brown rice and steak then. Takes them literally 30 minutes to remake my order! And offers me a ticket for a free meal upon my return.

Really?!?!?! What you should have done was offered to refund me for my order since my original was taken by someone and you don't have the ingredients on hand.

When talking to the manager, his exact words..."we only get 2 shipments per week. Ummmm...ok, how about YOU being the manager process and calculate your traffic flow and base your ordering of product on what sells the most and make sure you have inventory on hand?!?!?!

Let's also get in to the staff. Each time my order is not ready upon pickup or it's wrong, they give an attitude as if you're being a burden!! Hey...if you don't like your job, find something else!!!

I usually don't write many reviews, especially bad ones but this is one of the worst Chipotle I've been. To start I gave Chipotle a few tries and not all my experiences have been negative, mind you, but today drove me to write this review. I placed an order to pick up for 7:50 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant I noticed it was full so I was expecting to wait a bit but when I arrived at the rack where they put the food I found at least 7 customers waiting for their online orders. Because of this, I thought the employees were going to be quick trying to catch up with the orders but the urgency of some of the employees was nowhere to be found, and orders kept filling more and more. The restaurant didn't have any utensils either, which I understand since they might not have a chance to replace them due to the high volume of customers. The floors were also really dirty with food all over the place. I finally got my order at 8:30, 40 minutes after my estimated pick-up time and that was because I had to ask someone if my order was in place, they didn't say anything and continued to walk to the back after just giving me a look. The food was is ok and due to this bad experience, I don't see myself coming back to...

Chipotle Mexican Grill 10149 West Colonial Drive, Ocoee Florida. Today is 2/04/22, On 1/07/22 ordered meal via Uber Eats. Arrived on time, the external part of the bag had my name, the food inside was somebody else's order. I immediately called the store, spoke with a male, he thorougly apoplogized saying he would speak "with his employees" stated he would instantly refund my money, however there was nothing he could do to refill and deliver my order that I woud have to re-order via Uber Eats. I as well gave him the name on the order I had received as this individaul was as well going to receive the wrong order. He then asked me if there was anyway I could eat what was delivered, I told him no, their prefenance was hot and full of peppers, PLUS it was not what I ordered! I called again on 01/27/22, making this phone call my third requesting a refund, spoke with a "James", explained the situation that I have yet received a refund, he apologized told me to wait a week" and I would recieve my refund. Once again today is 2/04/22 and still no refund! My colleauges as well have had wrong orders or unfulfilled orders delivered. Beware ordering from this location! I now can see why this location has so many...
