Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Oconomowoc

Went to this location because it was on my way home from Hwy 16. Gave this place another chance. Ordered footlong cheesecake wrapped in two sandwiches because the last time the paper wrapper got wet and the sandwich broke in half. Got home. We go to eat dinner and both sandwiches are bare...like, meat only and some yellow stuff and no veggies, no provolone. $15 and meat and bread!!! Called the store, the lady said she didn't have a order like mine...no kidding because I didn't order it!!! She said she didn't have any foot long cheesecake order and asked when I came in...told her 15 mins ago. Are these people for real here???? Will ONLY go to the Pabst Farms location going forward. This location can't do one thing that is their claim to fame....a...

Cousin's Subs are my favorite in MKE. Suburpia is good too, but its fare is limited to just a few sandwich selections. Jersey Mike's is getting better. Subway is boring, both bread and meats.

Cousin's has good mix of both hot and cold subs. They usually have a few specials too. Prices are about right: cheaper than Mike's, but Mike's subs are a bit larger.

My favorites are the Tuna, the Club and the Italian Special. They're cold and delicious. When you feel like a hot sub, ask if they will make an Italian Cheese Steak. It's not on the menu anymore ☹️. They still make them on request. They're like the Cheese Steak but then they add Italian red sauce...

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! If I had anything to complain about, it was just a minor issue that was swiftly resolved. The cashier seemed a little overwhelmed as it was quite busy, and I noticed the cashier forgot to give customers a cup for their drinks after taking orders while waiting on their food to be made. Even after my food was made and handed to me, still no cup for the drink, which I reminded her, and without any issue it was resolved promptly. Understandable being it was very busy...
