Really disappointed with my experience today at Hallmark. I went to purchase some Christmas gifts and items for myself and was excited about my items. When I was checking out the lady helping me just threw my items into the bag and since they were breakable figurines I asked if I could have some tissue paper so they wouldn’t break. Her response was, “no I don’t have time there are other people waiting”. I understand a lot of places have been under pressure due to staffing but that wasn’t the case today and anyone else would want the same thing.
