I'm 99% do it yourself on almost everything. But our electric dryer was misbehaving and it had me wondering. I had ordered a part on Amazon and it was incorrect. Time was of the essence so I checked to see if Husted had the part. They didn't but ordered it. It arrived timely. I picked it up but it turned our that while I was going to install it I discovered the actual problem. But in this scenario I had a couple of discussions with Rick about what might be the problem. The repair person was honest and very reasonably priced. We had a problem with our dryer that was hard to diagnose. He was very knowledgeable and explained the steps he was taking. Then, rather than just try parts or charge for a full service visit, he charged a minimal fee and suggested we run a few more specific test loads. Our washer was still under warranty so we were directed to Husted appliance to get our washer fixed.
