I received 5 star service from Samantha (Thank you so much for your outstanding service today)!! I am sometimes an indecisive shopper and chose to stop at this location for a particular bag that I wanted to see in person after eyeing it online for some time. Samantha was very professional, kind, personable and soo helpful (even offering suggestive selling by showing other great options). She also introduced me to the Floral Coach Perfume!! I had no idea that it smelled soo divine!!! I almost purchased it but the store only had the smaller bottle available. Totally inconvenient, but I will order it online. I didnât care for the other 3 ladies working in the store. They all gave off vibes that they were âwatchingâ me as I tried on different bags. I didnât like that. Especially if youâre going to look and not speak (being that youâre a sales rep). It made the experience there very uncomfortable. Had Samantha not helped me today, I would have rated the store very low based on the behavior of the other 3 ladies.    Read moreWould give 0 stars if I could, I purchased a item back on October 17th through this store the only update I have received since then is that a label has been made and to check back to delivery updates, when I contacted the customer service all 5 times and having to hold each time for Atleast 30 minutes I got the same answers.. either that one their end they saw that it was being delivered by Friday which it wasnât that it was ready to go out which is the same update Iâve gotten since day one or to contact another number which no one ever answers, I have wrote multiple emails with no response, just called customer service again and waited on the phone for 30 minutes just for the reps who have 0 information to hang up on me after I explain my difficult situation... save your time and money!!!! I got to my car to realize my laptop wouldnât fit in my newly purchased backpack. I immediately went back inside the store to exchange the backpack or get my money back. I was told sorry itâs non refundable. The girl that monogrammed my tag literally lied saying she told me. I am very disappointed đ in that her word was taken over mine and now I have a useless backpack that I really had been saving up for to help carry the things I need for my new job as an assistant principal.
