This is one of the few stores where they still believe that customer care is priority. I came in to replace a battery for a watch and get a new band for another and they didn’t have one that would work but were more than happy to pull a couple watches off the shelf to let me pick a band off of one of them. Then I mentioned that the time was broken on the one I was wanting to change bands on and they let me exchange it under warranty for a new watch that I was looking at prior to getting to the store itself. In the end I got my battery replaced and walked out with a brand new watch Very kind and helpful staff They went above and beyond expectations 10/10 would shop...

I first went to the Michael Kors store and was VERY DISPLEASED with the customer care I received there so I went down to the fossil store in hopes for better luck with getting the help I need. Most importantly the young man who helped us was extremely knowledgeable in the process of how to add the app to my friends phone. He ensured that the watch was set up the way my friend wanted. He explained where to go for future issues if there were any.
