Just FYI for those of you upset about the store making you have to stand in line outside( hot, rain, sleet or snow) it’s not because the staff wants to and because they’re mean. It’s for YOUR safety and the merchandise in the store. There’s potentially more people than staff in the store so to be able to keep a watchful eye on things happening within the store and to guarantee you have their undivided attention. Only so many people are allowed in. This way if you have a question about a product, you’re giving an answer quickly and swiftly verses having to wait then potentially not interested in a product because you felt like you weren’t getting any attention. This is an outlet store so prices are already marked down from the original prices. So, the price you see unless stated X amount of percent off then there’s no additional discount for it’s already discounted, unless you are military. There’s now a 10% discount offered upon showing military ID. Just know that if a business is asking you to do something it’s not to be unfair but, could have other factors to why the particular rule is set in...

I was in a few weeks ago during tax free weekend and maybe around 8-10 people were allowed inside. Today I went back to exchange a wallet and there were about 5 employees and 5 customers. I started to walk in and this woman put her arm up and her hand in my face and started mumbling. I had to ask again what she said. I was asked to wait outside. 😆 ok half the employees weren’t doing anything but whatever. As I was saying realized because the wallet was going to be a gift I took the tags out and didn’t have the receipt, however may possibly work with me if I can show cc proof. I get the same lady again, no eye contact, no help, no, no, no. Completely understand with all the fake stuff going around really not a problem. The problem was her snyde, better than you attitude. I have been in there several times before and all the ladies have always been so welcoming and helpful. This lady with long dark hair needs to realize anyone is allowed in the store!!!! And especially if their spending money... don’t treat people that are contributing to your paycheck like the dirt on your shoe!!!!! Kindness...

I have given 3 stars for a few reasons. I was greeted by all which was nice I took so long trying to talk myself into leaving with a item and everyone was move motivated to see who should go to lunch first then to help suggest or ask what I wanted to buy. I would only give 5 stars to the young lady who helped me with my watch on 2/18/2016. I was in around 2 hours to closing possibly. She sized the watch for me and was VERY helpful. She offered the benefits of having a new watch. Putting her personal touch on it. 🤓 If it was not for her I WOULD OF LEFT! Return policy. I have been told EVERYTIME I'm in this place the policy. This lady walked in to return a wallet and pulled the. "no one told me." card. The lady at the counter was nicer than me because I would not of bothered the manager. The policy is on the receipt, the counter and told to everyone! It was not apart of my sale but definitely apart of my experience. That sets the wrong pace for other on looking customers. Good luck selling when the employees spend more time chatting it...
