First time to this location. Nice & clean. ▪︎Restrooms were clean. ▪︎They need more handicap accessible for customers. Got to check-in, long line, but it did go quick. Truly appreciated that. ☆☆ Had a truly sweet cashier with absolutely amazing customer service. Haley is amazing, attentive, explained to me how to apply for Kohls card, and the Kohls rewards reward program, and the Kohls cash, explained everything, and answered my questions. (not rushed, no bad body language, no slang, etc) ▪︎ Haley was patient with me, when had to start the credit process over. (my typing error) ▪︎To be honest I have stayed out of most Kohls stores for the past 15 yrs, due to poor customer service at the location on 115th Metcalf on black Friday (some 18 yrs ago). ▪︎Haley gave one of the best customer services experiences I have had in sometime, in the retail environment. Truly refreshing, to come across a employee that cares about customers & gives amazing service. ☆☆10 stars go to Haley for amazing customer service, and if there is an award with your business to give out to your employees, she is a must. ▪︎Haley renewed faith (that there still is) to be had a great customer service on regular basics now. Truly appreciated her. ▪︎If anyone, is thinking about shopping at Kohls this location ricks it.

Read moreFYI, now mostly SELF-CHECK. That means you take your clothes off the hangers, remove the security magnets, bag your items with bags that don't easily separate, remember to look up your phone number, click the coupon you want, and wait on someone if you have an issue.
And the return process still needs help Better be in the habit of always keeping your original receipt. It's a tedious process to apply an [unexpired] coupon without your original receipt. Supv advised they can't reprint a receipt using your Kohls charge card. They can't reprint a receipt using the reference number from the transaction history in your online banking acct. If they refer you to corporate customer svc, that's pointless. Cust svc told me the local store is the ONLY one that can help. The store told me they CAN ONLY reprint a receipt if I have the receipt number. (Who has a receipt number if they've lost the receipt?)
Been shopping here for well over a decade, overall a decent experience.
Pretty good selection, but the recent dropping of Levi's from 10/20/30% card discounts is very disappointing, as was the customer service the last few times I've been here. It took me over 30 minutes to check out my last visit even though there was 3 cashiers and 3 people in line ahead of me.
I also get tired of everything being on sale all of the time and the massive amount of emails and snail mail I receive, when I only care about a fraction of it. And I feel like I have to game the system to maximize my savings with "Kohl's cash" by intentionally not buying all items in one trip.
Apparently if you don't use your Kohl's charge card within 3 years they close it though, and require you to create a new one, damaging your credit report twice. So I'm done shopping here and no longer recommend it as a place to shop. I only buy clothes when I need them, and apparently I went a 3 year stretch without. So I guess I'm not the kind of person they want as a customer.
This excerpt from chat support pretty good indicator abut how much this company cares about their customers in general:
"Candy A: Good afternoon Tyler, how are you doing today? Tyler Blank: been better Candy A: I am glad...
