Kohl's — Local services in Old Bridge Township

Let me start off by saying that I usually have a great experience at this store, today was just an issue with Kohls overall.

I found some Addidas pants that I liked but they only had mediums, no large or XL. I asked an employee if they had other sizes, she didn't work for the store, was a rep, I guess from IZOD, hanging some shirts. I walked to the other side of the store where customer service just told me to do it online on my phone using the number off of the tag, no more in store kiosks.

I went to the Kohls website when I got home. This website is horrible, you're constantly getting pop ups to get a Kohls card. I tried using every single number off of the tag, no items found.

I tried calling customer service to find out which number to use. She sounded like she was sitting on the beach, bunch of wind in the background and could only understand every third word. I told her I just need to know which number to use off of the tag, she responds by trying to convince me to get a Kohls charge card, really??? I ended up hanging up because I couldn't understand her anyway.

I decided to use the chat, I got a response after 44 minutes, wow!!!!

Went back online, tried using the number she gave me, no items found......ugh.

Finally did a search by the full product name and found what I was looking for. Clicked the size that I wanted, put in my payment info, and there's no button to actually place the order!! I have a receipt at the bottom but up top it looks like the order wasn't placed.

Really horrible...

I really like Kohl's in Old Bridge and enjoy shopping at this location! Most of the time I encounter friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I have to return or exchange an item, the customer service line is usually quick. I do visit the customer service desk for a number of different reasons and regardless of the time of day or night, I have not seen a crazy long line like I do at other Kohl's location. Additionally, I have been shopping here for years and think the store is far from messey. I am a fussy person when it comes to clean environment and did not experience to see the store as messy as some stated in there reviews - although it is possible that it happened. Just saying....Kohl's cannot always be right on top of cleaning or organize an area right after a customer who doesn't know any better with the I don't care attitude who shops there! I have nothing bad to say about this place and feel proud to shop here!!! I do shop a lot in places like Nordstroms bloomingdales and still think Kohl's in Old Bridge, NJ is a great place...

Compared to other department stores as far as prices the store cannot be be. If you're a Savvy Shopper there are tons of clothes that are marked down on average half off. Once you tack on your 30% off coupon that you receive in the mail if you are credit card customer the prices just can't be beat and the clothes are what you would expect in a store like Target. Additionally the store is clean and offers lots of anti covid cleaning supplies as you walk in. The employees always greet you and they are great with returns. This particular Kohl's doesn't have much making it stand out from the rest however I generally find Kohl's to have a lot of fun things. And don't get me started on what happens when you return your Amazon item and they give you a free $5 anything you want coupon. It's only a shame that this is only a 50% chance as they also might give you a 25% off...
