I will probably never step foot in this target again!!!
Although the store is very clean and organized you cannot purchase a single personal item without an associateās assistance to grab it for you from behind locked doors. I wonder what the thought process was for putting everything behind lock doors but then giving the customer the items they need to put in their cart. Whatās the difference of somebody grabbing an item and putting it in their cart and employee grabbing the item and giving it to us. I understand the theory of the locked doors to prevent theft, but shouldnāt those items have to be purchased on the spot rather than just throwing it in your cart and still have the option to decide if you want to pay or steal an item?
To top off this rather annoying experience, I bought two cases of diapers and was supposed to get a $10 gift card. Purchase was completed and The person at the register did not hand me the gift card. When I brought it up, he asked me to look at my phone which I showed him. Itās auto applied now to target circle deals. He told me he couldnāt help me and then Iād have to go to Customer service. After waiting sometime, I sent my husband to the car with out Boys both under two years old to put away all the items you purchased while I worked on getting the Gift card. The rep at customer service told me he needed the items in order to reimburse Everything at that point, everything was in the car And I felt like I was ridiculously fighting over $10 That should have been given to me. Iāve never had any issues with the gift cards and any other stores.
Not worth it!! Iāll stick to Edison and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe store is very roomy and extremely clean. Of course it is a brand new store so the cleanliness is kind of expected. There's plenty of parking here including handicap parking and pick up parking if you ordered online. Inside and to the left is a Starbucks, however there is no seating to enjoy your drink or food. The store is very roomy, and that's a good thing, however there's nothing exciting about the store it's very sterile and plain. Let's create an atmosphere we walk through the store just to get what you want and get out rather than exploring the store. Several sections are extremely locked up behind glass cases. However they did have employees there to unlock the cabinets if you needed anything like laundry detergent or ink cartridges. I wasn't sure how I felt about this. But knowing how shoplifting is so out of control I understood why they were doing it. And I think that paying one employee to stand there and open the cabinets for customers or to be available for any questions is actually a pretty good idea. After all they're saving a lot of money on cashiers they don't hire anymore. Making self check out their freebie employee. There are only three cashiers working when we went there. There is an allpoint ATM located by the...

My experience at this Target store was extremely disappointing. I attempted to return an electronic item that was a gift and presented the e-gift receipt. However, they insisted on a paper receipt. When I asked why a physical receipt was necessary since the purchase was made online(but it was pickup order which was from the same location) and the receipt was sent through the app, they claimed they needed to validate the serial number.
I had my friend send a PDF copy of the bill, but the staff still demanded a paper receipt or asked me to log in with my friend's credentials. They also informed me that I couldn't return products bought out of state.
I then went to another Target location, where they accepted the return with the same e-gift receipt without any issues. Avoid this store...
