The food is great and they give you excellent quantities, even though I'm a very picky eater, I loved everything in the bowl. It fills you up very well, and you can tell almost every ingredient, if not every ingredient is locally sources with love. The aesthetic and atmosphere of the place is best summarized as minimalism done perfect. In this day and age everyone tries to do boring whites and greys, with boring furniture, but honeygrow knows what sleek minimalism is. It feels like a setting from a nick-teens show like Victorious or iCarly, that you want to be in but never can, but you actually can! The ordering interfaces are perfect for people like me who are very introverted, and it provides a fast and simple ordering experience. The employees are fantastic, no matter who I talked to they were all polite and funny and genuinely so. My server today was Andre H and I can't stress the fact that he was the most fun cashier I've ever talked to, it felt like we were friends for a while after only a minute or 2 of talking. Came here a month after it opened. Ordered 3 dishes to try different items on the menu. Portion is very small for the price they charge. Two of the three orders were decent tasting but my husband's was bland and dry. He told the manager that it had no taste and asked for sauce only ti be told they would charge ($2? I forgot price) for sauce...on top of the $20 it cost for the item! You'd think they can afford sauce...even soy sauce would have helped. Being that you just opened and have new customers wanting to try your food, you would think they would offer some way to fix a bland meal so they would return to try other items.
