Paris Baguette — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

Service is very frustrating. Had a really bad customer service. They ignore you. I ordered a decaf café mocha around 2.30 pm. There was a wait time and when a lady with boy cut and tanned skin called out a mocha with skim. I asked if it was a decaf , she glared at me. Left the drink near the cofffee machine and left inside without any reply to me. I waited and then explained the person at register on what happened and to please make my drink and I got one after that. I am very appalled by the behavior of the lady who treats customers this rude. Even let's say it's end of her shift, she could have asked other person to help me but just to glare and leave!!!! I asked if I could talk to someone about this and a shift lead ( Tyler I believe) came to me. He informed me they were very busy and I narrated what happened. He apologized and he couldn't see the person I was quoting about. Repeatedly he was asking me if I need anything free. It's low key insulating to ask someone multiple times that you need anything free when someone wants to report an issue. Multiple instances previously happened and since it was a new location I wanted to cut some slack but the audacity on how rude these service staff is continuing to behave to customers baffles me. I am very disappointed with this place. BTW I left 20% tip...

We just left out of PB and this has been the worst experience. The cashier rushed through our order and didn't even ask if we wanted to redeem any of our points. She cleared the screen before the receipt could be printed. The young lady boxing the pastries just put everything in the bag. It wasn't until we were waiting for our drinks that I realized that our breakfast sandwiches were in the bag. Neither of them asked if we wanted anything warmed. When I realized it and asked if the sandwiches can be warmed I was met with an attitude. When we opened the sandwiches in the car we realized that they were put back into the original packaging and then in the PB sleeve. I don't know what's going on. PB is usually a pleasant experience. This is my third time here this week and it's just been different and not in a good way. The pastries have been a bit dark. When the older chef is there is seems to flow seamlessly. I hope this isn't an indication of where this location is going. Sucky way to start a Saturday...

Edit. Since Paris Baguette clearly didn't read my review with legit suggestions, I've changed my score to get their attention. This place sucks.

Been here several times now. Nice place with excellent pasties. The cakes look incredible. I almost gave 3 stars, but decided most reviews of this place are really snippy. I don't know if I'd want to wait on some of these people.

Service is fine. Never had a problem.

The atmosphere is nice.

Cleanliness is good except for the handles on the sliding doors. This last time they were filthy. They need to be cleaned more frequently.

Food is delicious, but I've noticed several items are not out as late as 10AM. This is inexcusable. I'm afraid to see what it is like at 7AM.

Again. I really like this location and I only have two complaints. As noted they are more deserving of making my rating 3 stars, but I don't think this place...
