Ordered fried rice, orange chicken, and beef and broccoli plate. Fried Rice was very bland, Orange chicken was terrible, more like ‘orange breading’ (not one piece had chicken in it, it could have been thinly sliced chicken and fried to a crisp, nonetheless did not have enough chicken meat, it was all breading) Beef and broccoli was probably the better of the three items, but just okay. Service: they had like 20 employees on the line and cooks, yet I still had to wait (2 customers in line including me). The person taking the order put rice in the container, then passed it to another person for the meats, that person was busy with another order, after a short wait they added the meat and then they passed the meal to the app person (even though I did not order an app) I still had to wait until the app guy finally got to my order only to be asked again if I wanted an app 🤦🏻♂️. A more effective process would be the person taking the order completes the meal and then sends it directly to the cashier. Need to work on efficiencies, rather than have so many touch points having customers wait around. (The person that took the order was free). Read moreHello I had gotten to the panda Express the door excited to see a Panda Express. Because I haven't seen one in years and I've gotten there 5 minutes before they opened so I was like. OK, I'll give them a few minutes to open and set up so at 10:45, cause They said they opened at 10:30. So at 10:45 I went to the doors hoping to go inside the doors were still locked. So I lightly knocked on the door the customer service person behind the counter noticed I was standing there walked across the dining room to pick up their ice lotte from Dunkin' Donuts off the table. Take a huge massive zip out of it. Point at me again while talking to their co. Worker across the dining room and proceed to start laughing. That I was standing outside the door and could not get in. So at this point I started knocking a little harder. They all stood there and laughed at me until I walked away. Read moreUsed to have a 5 star impression on this location but... Since it's grand opening, portions have been dwindling, and abundance has changed to scarcity. I was really hoping that the management and owners would continue their investment on value, but who knows, maybe times are hard? When I go in two times in a row, and options are limited, or I have to wait for 7-10 minutes for a fresh dish, it is enough to infuriate me. I have pictures of how bad the portions and food lineups have been, but it would be better for the imagination, since the pictures would only prove that you can't imagine it being as bad as the pictures could show. Who knows, maybe if I try one last time, then my follow up review will have the pictures to prove what I am talking about. I was so happy to have a Panda in our location, and just sad that I would rather travel out of my way to avoid it. I really hope that this gets better and that I had two flukes.
