We have been going to woof gang for about 6 months. It has truly changed, when we would bring my golden doodle and Shih Tzu poodle mix they would always leave and come home happy. After my doodle’s appointment getting rescheduled because her groomer was no longer there. We finally met the new groomer. She asked me if I cut her hair myself and I said no she was rescheduled twice she looked at me weird. I dismissed it, when my husband went to pick her up she did not seem herself and seemed like she was in a little pain and totally off.
My shih tzu poodle does not like her front paws, touched because of a past event that happened to her. It is noted on her chart to be careful with paws,. My husband went to pick her up, the groomer charged an extra $15.00 when he questioned her she told him it was because my dog snapped at her for grooming her front paws.
When I called to question her she told me the same thing I asked her did she look at her chart and see that she needed to be gentle with her front paws. She told me no. I then told her you charged me $15.00 because my dog snapped at you but you weren’t able to complete the grooming of the front paws how does that make sense, she told me because it became a special grooming when she snapped at her. When I told her she still did not finish how are you charging for something you were not able to complete. She became rude and unprofessional.
One last thing we never had a problem with the previous groomers at this location, we really did like them. My puppies were happy and taken care of. Now that does not seem to be the case. I can honestly say this place has changed a lot and I will not...
Read moreWe had extremely high hopes for Woof Gang after our first visit in May. We were very pleased with our puppy’s first groom. The groomer told us to schedule Mini Grooms for the first few sessions to ease our 5 month old doodle puppy into the grooming process.
However, our second visit a month later was a completely different experience. We had a different groomer who was unfriendly from the start and seemed visibly annoyed that we weren’t doing a full groom. When we explained that we were following the previous groomer’s advice, she dismissed it. She proceeded to question whether we had cut our puppy’s hair ourselves, something we have never done. The only haircut she ever received was from Woof Gang’s groomer the previous month. The tone and attitude we were met with were unprofessional and left us very uncomfortable. My fiancé and I left after dropping our puppy off and already knew we wouldn’t be returning again.
We brushed off this experience and went elsewhere for her next groom. Our new groomer found significant matting and buildup in her ears(as if they were never touched before), so severe she took photos to show us when we picked her up. This buildup clearly developed over time and should have been addressed during her first two visits at Woof Gang, especially since we were told her ears were cleaned and that was part of the Mini Groom package that we paid for.
Needless to say, we DEFINITELY will not be returning. If you value thorough grooming and respectful service, we strongly recommend...
Read moreI wanted to try a new place for my dogs and went to this place. Short story, I paid $231 for 2 small dogs, when I picked them up as I walked to the car my small dog started pooping all over the place. I got home more diarrhea not only that she started throwing up too. The other medium dog threw up too. I ended up paying for two sick dogs and plus that dirty. I have to clean my house and carpets. I am not sure what's going on behind the walls. But, there is something I always want to see, it's the employees and behavior with the dogs something that you can't see in you store. I hope they treated my dogs right and they did not give them anything to cause them to feel this way. I will not take my dogs there again. I can tell you, when they took them out of the room they were clean, nice hair cut and everything, that spray was all over the bodies. Not cool I don't like it. Please ask before you put it on, but, it does not change the aftermath. Now it is your choice. I love my dogs and I want them in a safe environment.
I will suggest the owner to have a glass wall or a window where customers can see their animals and...
