SHARPIE MARKER ON MY BURRITO??? WHAT THE HELL!!!!! When the gentlemen at the counter wrote “S” for my steak burrito, he broke through the foil and when I got home I could not eat this. DISASTER!!!!!
I rarely leave reviews and it’s even more rare that I would leave a 1 star review but this establishment is awful. I own several restaurants in Manhattan and my doors would be shuttered in days if they were run like this location.
The inefficiencies in this location are beyond me. This location was packed with 24 guests waiting in line at 4:30 PM on a Friday. 1 person serving customers, multiple employees roaming around freely. Laughing and joking amongst each other is a blatant sign of disrespect, how do you not value customers time? How do you put nonsense above servicing your clients? Employees roaming around as if there isn’t a line of customers out the door, as if they couldn’t care less.
Not to mention the amount of unsanitary ushers this location has. How on earth do you input data into a temperature log and throughout the whole process cross contaminate everything on the menu? Taking a thermometer from rice to pork to beef to vegetable without sanitizing the thermometer properly is disrespectful to every customer that walks through the door.
Wiping down the stainless steel table tops and leaving behind a trail of a water/bleach mix for food to glide right over it and be soaked and then contained with it is disgusting.
Careless, dangerous and a health hazard.
This location should strongly consider new management!!!! I would happily appreciate a full REFUND...
Read moreWorst experience at a Chipotle I have ever had. They claim to open at 10:45 I arrived at 11:00 a.m. none of the food was ready. There was a gentleman sitting at a table when I walked in. I didn't know that the food was not ready yet and stood there for a few minutes without any staff member acknowledging me or speaking to me or letting me know that it would be a few minutes for the food. So they basically just had me standing there like an idiot. The gentleman that was there also waiting informed me that the food was not ready yet. The entire staff looked completely miserable. At this point it was 11:15, half an hour after they "opened" and still none of the food was ready. When the staff member finally was ready to create my order he never looked at me ,never spoke to me ,never responded to anything I said. All the employees there look like they hate their jobs. Two doordashers were also there waiting for an extended period of time because none of the food was ready. I feel bad for those people they are just trying to make a little extra money and because of this restaurants incompetence they were there waiting for 15 plus minutes. I was really happy when this Chipotle opened because I love Chipotle and I was happy to have one finally right down the street from me but honestly I will not be going here again. i went to the old bridge NJ rt 9 south location. entered a lil after 1pm. there were 4 people in front of me. as i walked in the dining area was clean. there were 2 people behind the counter sweeping. 2 cooks, 1 server, 1 person on drive thru and about 4 other people just walking around, some wiping down the counter, some taking temps of food.
the 1 server was also the cashier. it wasn’t until he served 2 people in front of me before he put on gloves. (the line starts to grow). now there must have been a pop-up inspector bc now everyone "looks" busy. hence the food temp check and the wiping of the counters.
i had to turn to the other customers behind me and ask you see us right.. bc NO ONE came to help the 1 lonely server. very disappointed as this is a fairly new location. i asked the server if they knew how to fill the orders, he said yes but clearly just wasn’t helping. do better... people spend money and I’m sure these customers were on their lunch just as i were and were on a time schedule.
