So glad that my dad and I decided to try out this place today. Not only do they have a HUGE VARIETY of donuts (Iām not a donut person but I DEVOURED 3 of them); if you get an assortment of donuts, they make fresh donuts for you; they serve amazing coffee, my dad and I both got fraps and they were amazing! Not too sweet, not bitter, the perfect balance!
Okay now I want to get into the Q U A L I T Y of these amazing donuts. I used to work at Dunkin and the donuts were so much better in quality. The donuts are fluffy and airy with the perfect combinations of toppings that donāt taste like diabetes threw up on it, if you canāt tell by now how much I will rave about these donuts, read this again LOL. Also on the side of the assortment box, they tell you to reheat the donut later in the day, DO IT, FREAKING DO IT, I kid you not, the donut I had bought at 8 am that I was now reheating at 7:45 pm TASTED LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE OVEN JUST THEN AND THERE. Sorry for the caps lock haha just very excited to find my new coffee shop spot :) if you havenāt tried this place out yet, bring your kids, wife, husband, partner/spouse, mother, father, EVERYONE, they will have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always enjoyed visiting this establishment until my recent experience on October 3rd at 2:45 PM with an employee named Maxwell. I entered the shop to order a coffee and a 10-count donut dipper, only to be informed that it would take too long for him to prepare and that he was unwilling to make it. When I inquired if the menu was displayed for customers to choose from freely, he responded that I would need to wait for a fresh item. I pointed out that he never asked if I was okay with waiting. His demeanor was quite rude and lacking in customer service. If this employee is unwilling to fulfill orders from the menu, he may not be suited for a role in a donut shop, where the primary responsibility is to serve customers and prepare the requested items. I would have been fine with waiting 20 minutes; my concern was his dismissive attitude, essentially discouraging me from placing my order due to the perceived inconvenience of preparation, as he claimed the machine had not yet...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am writing this review about this shop's Too Good to Go service. If you are not familiar with " Too Good to Go" app, it is a platform which help business rescue good food from going to waste, offering great value for money at local stores, cafes and restaurants. Duck Donuts is a new store just start to sell their bakery on TGTG. They offers two packages $4.99 for claimed value of $15, and $5.99 for $18 of food. I picked the latter. While I picked up my order, there are two donuts and one cup of munchkins. It's about $6 a piece if you consider as they claimed $18 value. The munchkins are dry and stale and have very wired taste. All went to garbage can insistently. I have been using TGTG for over two years and never encountered any business like this one. Sometimes one business may not as generous as the other, but never experience such bad quality of food. It seems Duck Donut is using TGTG to get rid of long expired food as well as making big bucks out of...
