Bringing in multiple stones, and with Mandy's expert advise, I was able to choose the most beautiful engagement ring for my fiance, who is astonished by its beauty and sparkle. In addition, once I put the ring on my fiance's finger was a little big, so I gave Mandy a call, and explained that the ring needed to be resized, and without hesitation, she said to come in and they would resize it, even though it was 4pm on a Friday afternoon, and we were about and hour plus away, goldsmith agreed to stay and do what ever it took to resize the ring. Excellent customer service and repair work. I had damaged my wedding band after getting it stuck in a door hinge and it no longer adapted well to my engagement ring. The jeweler repaired my wedding band perfectly and I also requested that the wedding band get soldered to the engagement ring as my engagement ring was showing wear due to the rings rubbing together.
