My mother Lasonya drives a hour and a half just to shop here and this last time the customer service was terrible. She went to exchange a rug since this was the original location of purchase and was treated poorly. Amy and Mary was so rude and racially profiled her as soon as she walked in the store, even after she spoke and asked about there day. The customers behind her received great customer service and it’s ridiculous how people work customer service and show there true colors depending on who they deal with. You never know how a persons day is going and it don’t take much to be polite. She was out of breath and upset leaving. The manager was nice but the employees...

I am very frustrated and angry with the HomeGoods store at the Olive Branch location. The issue is that I bought a white console $299 and paid for it yesterday. But when I came to pick it up today, the staff had already sold it to someone else. They just said they were sorry and refunded my money, without caring at all about how I felt

So i absolutely love Home Goods! One of my favorite stores to shop at since I just purchase a home in the area. Can’t leave out of here without spending hundreds of dollars every month. But the cleanliness of the store is very disappointing. Cluttered aisles, spills and spider webs at the back where the curtains are, dusty decor, decor and pictures stacked up in cornered, & ceilings brown and drooping in certain spots, and the carts are always so dirty. We shop here for a pleasurable experience but with these issues it makes a person not want to shop...
