OB Donuts — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Update on 7/18/25@ 2:54pm: Thank you for following up regarding my review. Yes, it was today between 12:30pm-12:45pm. There were 4-5 young ladies at the counter but the young lady who is always kind and helpful (I believe she’s a manager) was not there. Your business is wonderful but it’s just that in the afternoon, there’s just a visible change. Other than that, there aren’t any other major concerns. * Your store has great donuts and generally wonderful service. However if you go in anytime after12:30pm, the overall environment and culture changes and not for the best! When I walked in, there were five people behind the counter-there was no one waiting and it looked like one of the workers were putting together a box of donuts.

No one asked me if I needed help even after looking at me directly and then continued to each walking off. After I stood there for a few minutes, I just walked out. Honestly, I’ve only arrived after noon on a few occasions over the last few years and each time it’s been exactly the same. I understand that you’re closing in an hour and a half but I’m still paying the same as I would if I’d come early morning. My hope is that this will change...

When we get donuts here in Olive Branch we go to OB Donuts. No question they have some of the best donuts in DeSoto County. For that I give them five stars.

My only complaint is their employees. Sometimes I wish the the owner would wait on us as she always has a smile and a great attitude. Some, not all, of their employees seem to want to be anywhere except OB Donuts on a Saturday morning. As someone who has been in the service industry for most of their working career I have to say working with the public is not everyone’s gift. If you can’t be nice and professional then you probably shouldn’t be working with the public. Like I said not all the employees are like this but they have some that need to be in the back helping out and not dealing with the public.

I would not let this deter you from coming here as they have excellent donuts and the decor is very inviting. I just ask that the owner observe their employees and determine which ones who have a passion for working with the public and those who don’t. Then take the ones who don’t and find them something else to do away from...

I absolutely LOVE OB Donuts!! Any and every time my family & I get breakfast here, whether it is a donut, Clotchkey or something to drink, it is always delicious!! We have saved Donuts for the next day & they are still fresh & scrumptious as if it was just made that day!! The actual cake part of the donut doesn't dry out a few hrs or even 24 HRS later; it is AMAZING!! Their food is always fresh & filling, & the drinks are perfect, if it's hot or cold!!! We do not, & WILL NOT, get donuts or clotchkeys from any other place other than OB Donuts!! YOU GUYS & GALS ROCK!! The food is not the only thing that is always awesome, but the customer service is too! They are nice & friendly....& super fast; if you stop by to try them out, PLEASE make sure to tip these wonderful hard working people because they definitely...
