Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Olive Branch

I asked a crowd of associates could I use their restroom instead of the one I was looking at and talking to addressing me she completely looked away, I was so offended that she acted like I hadn't said one word to her, a man manger then stepped to say I will show you. I was so upset I was disgusted and rolled my eyes away from the other manager and she proceeded to say don't roll your eyes at me. My issue is you applied and was hired for Customer Service but was rude and totally dismissive to me when I was directly talking to her, how is this acceptable! It was complete lack of care and blatant disrespect for customers that come in to spend their money to be treated this way. I definitely want to even let the General Manager know about the treatment I received today, completely disheartening not only for me but for any other person who had to deal with this lack of care from a store manager. They've moved things around and cleaned up quite a bit. I had no trouble finding more than I needed to find however, the employees at this Ross are never pleasant. They don't greet their customers at check out and when I spoke to my cashier she just looked at me and said nothing. Just rude. Every single time I've been there. I've decided not to return to this store simply because their employees are just awful. I made the mistake of shopping this store again and I've come to the conclusion that they must train their employees on how to be rude and hateful to paying customers because I've yet to run across a decent employee at this location and I've been there a lot over the years. Do them a favor and shop elsewhere because they're too busy with gossip to be bothered...

I like going to this store. My mom absolutely loves it..we gone everytime she comes to town to visit. I'm short and not little in the middle, so it's often hard for me to find pants/jeans to fit my height and waist..I have to pick on. They also don't carry as many clearance items for plus ladies as they do smaller ladies. Back to what I LOVE. I probably leave with 2 or 3 dresses [minimum] when I go. I love all of the amazing purses/bags they carry too. Definitely would recommend visiting for really good prices on piecing you've been...
