Horrible ! Great food , great founder ! But DO NOT go to the one in olive branch ! Kyle Ralph and jackson Moore , the most disrespectful men I've ever. Met . They are young managers there , they do not care about any one or anything , besides them selves and the business . Do not go work there , ill take accountability for calling in 30 min before a shift one day ! One day ! Kyle offered to come pick me up , I refused under belief that I was not going to get in the vehicle with a man that is not my own . And he disrespected me by mocking me about my respect . He said " I have a girl friend of 2 years what the hell do you think is gonna happen " well I've been w a man for 4 years maybe you can take some advice from me , I was not going to get in the car w another man . Which went unsaid . He decided to write me up for unreliability, and had some one cover my shift for the rest of the week and said I'm only working 2 days next week , I returned to my work ... then i turned back around and said under them circumstances I can not afford to come in for 2 day and said I was leaving now . He said you can have your Check when you return you visor and shirt , so I took off my shirt and visor and walked out w more pomp than ever . With my pride still intact . I was great at my job , was in 20 min early every day but that'll go in recognized cause Kyle only allowed me to clock in at the hour I was supposed to . And when I stuck around after my shift I had no problem working off the clock . And that will go unrecognized as well . So thank you firehouse for the opportunity. But every single one of your manager are too young to be running a place anyway . Absolutely no respect for me or my beliefs. I took accountability and I apologize for not having a ride and calling in 30 minutes before my shift one day . I was already applying for more jobs because of disrespect , I couldn't imagine if I properly took a day off for interviews , I genuinely feel like I'd be mocked for even doing...

Firehouse must to desperate for Managers to have put a woman like this in charge and the representative for the company at this location! First off, customer service is not only at the bottom of her priority list, is not even on it as she cares absolutely nothing about it!! It was very obvious with the way she spoke to me when I came in to complain about my 4 sandwich order that was completely wrong... I was expecting her to act like a normal Manager would, and say "I'm sorry you had a bad experience sir and how can we make it better?" She did like opposite and said "where's your receipt?" I told her I did not keep the receipt but I have pictures of the sandwiches and I showed her my bank account and the $40 charge from Firehouse last night. She said "I don't care about your pictures and without a receipt there is not I can do for you have a nice day and turned her back on me!!" I asked her if she even cared about the satisfaction and service of her customers and her answer was an astonishing NO.... Why is Rebecca a Manager?? How did she earn this position?? She is a terrible Manager and a very poor representative of Firehouse Sub Corp... If you had a whole Company of Rebecca's, your company would go out of business! Read moreWorst customer service I've ever received from a firehouse subs at all. I ordered a hook&ladder with spicy mustard no tomato I was told it comes with spicy mustard I said fine. When I get back to work I find no spicy mustard and loaded with mayo. I do not eat mayo I would have assumed instead of just saying it comes with spicy mustard you would reply "only" if there is anything other than on it "my mistake" I own that but when I call back up there to speak with someone you have the option in the menu to select speak with manager so I did. A young lady answered without an intro so I don't know here name I proceeded with my issue she stated come back and we will remake it "well if I had time to come back I wouldn't have gotten to go" I explained I'm back at work and unable to come back she says well I will write it on the back of the receipt and next time they will remake it for you. No I'm sorry that happened nothing just oh that's the way it comes and if you didn't say spicy mustard only then it will have everything. She again offered to put receipt back and remake when I come back. I said how about I just don't come back at all she says that's fine and hung up. So to the owners of Firehouse you should seriously evaluate your employees and especially management obviously they don't have the same care for community as you did when you opened your doors. P.s.
