I ordered a cube organizer online and used the option to pick it up in store(at the olive branch west location) to save on shipping cost since I live close to Target. I will never do this again. I ordered it knowing they were out of stock and it would take 5-7 days to get my item. I kept checking my email for updates but did not recieve one until the day it was suppose to be ready saying that the shipment was delayed. Okay it was a 2 day delay. Two days later I recieved another email saying it would be another 2 days. At this point I was extreamly frusterated becasue I needed it for an event and it would not be here in time. So I track my order and it says its been in transit for weeks. I reach out to customer service asking if they can find the package. They could not help me and just repeated the information I already knew. They passed me a long and said I would recieve an email when they could solve the problem (giving me no timeline). Randomly that day I got a text saying my order was ready that day. I headed out to Taregt already frusterated becasue apparenlty they had it in the store and I was still recieving emails saying there was a 2 day delay. When I got to the store there was no clear sign indicating where to pick up online orders at so I went out to what looked like a customer service desk where 3 employees where standing there talking. I walked up i'm sure looking confused and not one employee said anything to me. I then proceeded to ask "if I had a pick up order where would I pick it up at?" they all replied "here" then went back to finish their converation before helping me. At this point I am irate because I just want to get my order and leave but now Im recieveing poor customer service. The girl in cat ears finally helped me (which does not look very professional) and asked me to sign for my pick up which I wanted to see first so she put it up on the counter so I could see I walked up to it and now the other employee who was just standing there talked decided to start working and almost ran into me with his cart. Im even more frusterated now because he could have waited 5 seconds for me to be done instead of asking me to move. I understand problems happen but that shouldn't effect your mood at work and should not be taken out on...

She should not be working in management the way she treats people!!! My husband and I always get our flu shots at the Target pharmacy and you get a $5 Target gift card.So when we checked out the day that we got our gift cards the cashier only scanned one card, so when I left and got home I checked our receipt and noticed the mistake. So I called and spoke with an associate and she said when I came back to bring it to customer service and they would take care of it. Well I did that yesterday 11/03/18 and the employee Jackee that was very rude about it! She kept questioning me as if I were lying and kept looking at me like I was crazy! She left with the receipt and my paperwork from pharmacy for about ten minutes and came back and said she didn't know what to do about it and continued to question me again and asked if I was purchasing anything and I said yes, so she said (not in a very nice manner) that when I checked out that I could have them call her and she would try to fix it. So I proceeded to go back to the pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist that did our paperwork and gave us our shots and she remembered us and gave us another $5 voucher because she said there was a glitch in the system and it had happened to other people. So I solved the problem!!! So when my husband and I checked out I went back to customer service desk and told the very RUDE employee Jackee that I spoke with the pharmacy and they gave me another voucher because there was a glitch and she barely looked at me and so ok. No smile no thank you have a nice day or nothing!!! I stopped and asked another employee what was her name and she said Jackee and I told her she was very RUDE and she agreed and said that she didn't like her either!
