I am a former employee and was recently fired for calling out for work because I was sick also because I tried to put in my 2 weeks notice therefore I was told that I do not have to worry about coming back. Also I had got in trouble the day before for wearing nails and was told to take them off or else I would not be able to come back to work therefore I choose to take them off so that I would not get fired but I ended up getting fired anyways. I was a dedicated employee and I work at this establishment for a year and only called out for work once, and whenever they needed me to work I was available. The reason I choose to put in my 2 weeks is because of the general manager Cori Free, and because of Amy one of the other managers. Cori and Amy both are petty managers and do not know how to manage the store due to the fact that we are always running out of things and they tend to show a lot of favoritism, talk trash about their employees, and also considering the fact that two other people quit on the spot yesterday and last week several other people quit and put in two weeks notice that should give you a sign that they need new and...
Read moreNormally love this place, but cashier Della (Olive Branch location) was extremely rude. Rude while taking my order and rude afterwards. I work in food so I understand being in a bad mood but she had a terrible attitude. I know for a fact I asked for a drink, so I took a drink cup after paying for my order. She came over to me and rudely told me I didn't pay for a drink. I nicely said "I'm so sorry, how much is it?" thinking she just didn't hear me when I asked for one. She had the nerve to say, "Don't worry about it, but next time, pay attention to your ticket." in a very rude tone. First of all, you don't tell a customer that they need to pay attention. Either read the order back or find a more polite way to tell me I apparently did not pay. As I said, I work as a waitress and I have never in my life complained to a manager about an employee, but I almost did. She was completely out of line to tell me to pay attention when she is the one who did not ring the drink in. I understand maybe she did not hear me; regardless, absolutely ridiculous attitude. I ended up putting $2 on the counter because I refused to walk out...
Read moreIt was my 1st time visiting and I must say, it was a very inviting experience! When I made it to the counter I just let the cashier know up front, I had no idea what to get because it was my first time visiting. I wish I would have got her name! She went over the entire menu with me! That was a first! I was able to sample the soups as well. When I sat down, I just took in the ambience of the scenery. I loved everything about it! From the color schemes of walls, the menus and even their cups just had a different vibe! I could tell she âthe creatorâ put in a lot of effort in what she did! Now on to the chicken salad! I was impressed by the food presentation! When I tasted that chicken salad OMG! It was like my tastes buds was doing the happy dance lol I said to myself âYes!!!!!â This is chicken saladâ!
