Piccadilly To Go — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Today my entire family was displeased with the taste of the food. I'm reviewing today because this is the second time that the quality of food at this particular location has not been consistent with what we are used to from Piccadilly's. My children are huge fans of the broccoli and rice casserole and my youngest said today was the worst because it taste like water. On a previous occasion at this location, they sat out dry rice and broccoli with cheese melted over the top. As I say my kids love this dish and when it's not right, they are very specific. I called the restaurant and attempted to speak with the manager letting him know I was not seeking reimbursement just wanted to provide constructive criticism on the meal because it was now more than once that the food just wasn't right. He told me he knows that it's right because he received compliments from others. Well, we will drive over to Exeter to Germantown location before going back. The staff had better customer service than the manager because I tipped on leaving for their good service. Really hate this location because food and service sucks compared to Germantown location but I’m sick from major surgery and DoorDash wouldn’t let me order delivery at Germantown location since I’m closer to this location. I requested gravy on chicken and called to confirm if they can see special requests on their end and the lady said yes and got defensive saying she didn’t make my order, I don’t care who made it just wanted it resolved and she said I can come pick up the gravy. Why would I come pick it up if I had it delivered for a fee and she hung up on me because she was talking to a customer in store. I won’t waste my money or time at this location again. Went here last Sunday with my family and the server was cleaning around the food, so we had to wait to be served. The manager was rude and didn't want them to put out the good food until everything was gone or down to the end. Majority of the food looked old. The old pan of carrot souffle was taken out and a new pan was put in, but it was burned. Once they scooped out of the new pan, they put the old, cold, burned stuff on top of it to serve. All of the desserts were old, I got a piece of cake, my daughter and mom got pie. The pies were runny and tasted sour like old milk. My cake tasted like moth balls and bad milk.
