T.J. Maxx — Local services in Olive Branch

I don't shop here often, but I need to start making a habit of going her a lot more. The staff has always be helpful and courteous. The prices are awesome! I sometimes forget how good till I'm actually in the store. The variety in brands, designs, styles, etc of each department is pretty impressive. I really enjoy looking through the clearance areas. A lot of stores don't have much variety of clearance items or good clearance prices (IMHO, a 15% markdown shouldn't constitute as clearance. That's a sale or discount. Clearance should be a markdown of at least 50% or much more - emphasis on the "or much more"). For the most part T.J. Maxx nails it with how they do their clearance pricing. I also like that there is a specific designated area in each department for clearance items as opposed to only one 'clearance only' section that ends up being a hodgepodge of junk meant to be trashed...

TJ Maxx, Olive Branch is AWFUL!! Customer Service is AWFUL! The lines are always long leading towards the men department. You have managers and associates on the floor that can assist during high volume times but management will not take the lead to get the line down. This takes place quite often at this location. Be prepared to wait in a long line otherwise visit store when they first open their doors. Uodate: Nothing has changed with this location. Rude employees, including Management Very few are friendly! Suck very bad worst customer I ever had at least i didn't have. On my way to layaway associate call for help. So I just stood at the counter. No one came so I picked up phone amd had to donthat 3 times and you could clearly hear the lady call over intercom. So I walked to front reg and called for mod Carmen whom quickly came in 1 min. So my question to her was how did she get here so fast but no one came to assist me in layaway. She stated she heard none of the for calls. So out of the 10 shirts I wamted for my boys I ended up leaving very unsatisfied. And may I had they were very slow...
