Ok I just started crying in the Olympia Homegoods. Shellee who checked out Jon is an absolute angel. I sat there and silently as tears fell onto my cheeks as she patiently waited for him to count out his coins to pay for his purchase. She gently helped him count out $20.08 in quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. She told me to not worry that it was her pleasure. She didn't rush him in the least and let him pull out his special coins telling him how she understood how important they are. She told him how impressed she was that he had saved his money do well. She was SO SO SO kind. I had the kids walk toward the door and told her how much I appreciated her kindness. I told her that he has autism and doesn't understand that most adults don't want tons and tons of coins. She told me it was not big deal and she loved it. She doesn't know how truly grateful I am and how I pray that my kids run into people like her. People who are kind and compassionate. Maybe it wasn't a big deal to her but it was a huge deal to me. Love shopping at HomeGoods. Looooooove . Now Delivery is an huge issue , AIT Worlwide Logistic is another issue … frustrating . After filling out all the information you get to the end only to “ error message, retry “ App doesn’t work, no matter how many times I “ retry “ . Then to call and create / repeat everything ( slower process ) for delivery is very time consuming , I’m out on hold both times , transferred then get some who does not speak clear English . Then I’m told they’ll get back to me in 24-48 hours on availability?? If the App worked all this could’ve been avoided . I just spent $1700. You’d think it would be easier than current . Total spent on phone was 45 minutes . Never doing that again. I’ll hire my own delivery service next time . And I just moved to Olympia ....

Horrible. treated me (& others) like criminals, as I filled my basket was followed could hear on speakers then saying what aisles I and some others were going up and down then when going to pay was looking at stuff in line & head of security asked if I was ready to pay and to come over by her then the entire time I was paying she did nothing but make me feel like I was going to try to like run out with the stuff it was a horrible experience that I will never go back to & I actually wish I hadn't spent a single dime there even after I spent quite a bit of money there she still escorted me out by walking behind me all the way to the front door, only good thing was the courteous/ accommodating...
