Freshii - West Olympia — Restaurant in Olympia

I LOVE the idea of this restaurant...plus it is close to my office, so I am really disappointed to say that EVERY time I've patronized this place, they have screwed up my order. The first time, I ordered a Pangoa bowl to go, (which from the menu's description sounds AMAZING!) Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I discovered there was no sauce. I know, it doesn't sound like a big deal, but without the sauce the bowl is dry. The 2nd time I went in, I ordered the same thing and told them specifically, the last time I ordered this it was missing the sauce. I asked the cashier if he would please make sure that the bowl had sauce. This time, I ate in the restaurant. Incredibly, when they called my order, there was NO sauce on the bowl! They were apologetic and gave me the sauce and the bowl was delicious. I went in for the 3rd time yesterday and ordered a Oaxaca bowl to go. When I got back to my office to eat, I noticed that the bowl was missing the beet slaw (which was one of the selling points for me.) I called and spoke with the manager Tara to tell her about my 3 experiences and how disappointing it was because I really want to like Freshii!! Tara was professional and courteous and told me that next time I came in they would make me a new Oaxaca bowl. So, today, I was crazy busy at work and had my assistant go to Freshii to pick up the bowl for me. I got the bowl, it had the beet slaw (which is very tasty) but lo and behold, the bowl was missing THREE ingredients (black beans, salsa fresca and lime.) So, unfortunately, I have given...

My partner and I ordered a few bowls one evening for pick up only to find they forgot our extra sauce and protein that we asked for on the side. We contacted them immediately and described our issue - and they told us a manager would be reaching out to address our issue.

We didn’t hear anything back for several days and decided to reach out to HQ who got in contact with the manager. The manager finally got back to us via email another several days later saying they were only going to refund the missing items and offer us peanut butter bites the next time we came in.

As our meals were pretty much ruined that night (at least one of them), we were pretty put off that they weren’t even willing to refund the entire incomplete meals (or meal), and only the items they left out.

We don’t see ourselves going back for their less than satisfying consolation offer for a blundered order - even though we do like the food. If you visit this location, double check your items before leaving.

We do understand that mishaps happen, and this is an especially hard time for the service industry, but we’ve both worked in this industry as well, and know that the ethical thing to do is refund the meal, or offer free meals moving forward - not a snack.

Okay , so for starters this is the best food i have had since i have moved to Washington i have been here two years alright. The staff here could not be anymore amazing then they currently are they are fast they are polite and they handle your food with care. I eat here often and never had issues not once . They make my day I love going in their to see the staff and even just say hello to them they are so charismatic you would think they are your family. I especially love going here when i have a rough day bc the smiles.they put on my face their manager is for sure leading a great team here and they deserve all.the recognition they can get. I support this.team and hope.to.see them grow as people. The food. Has helped me watch my weight , it's filling, not overly priced, it tastes amazing . Their smoothies are to die for, the additives are great selection . But once again over all the service is the best i have received out of any restaurant i have been to thank you so much...
