Went to pick up a couple of the new blueberry pancake cookies and was pretty disappointed. They put a normal/big dollop of the buttercream frosting down & under that was a tiny bit of the actual blueberry frosting, I even asked if this was how they came because it didn’t seem right the lady told me yes but that they were also having a problem making the frosting so I said ok no biggie. I then asked if I could atleast get a little extra blueberry frosting on the side that I would willing pay extra for & she told me she didn’t think so but she’d go ask. A few minutes later she came back & said no I couldn’t have any extra wether I paid for it or not but that next time I come in if I bring this up I’ll get a free cookie, she didn’t hand me a coupon or anything just said to tell them 🤷‍♀️ I know it’s just a cookie but when you spend $27 on 6 cookies you definitely don’t want to be disappointed or told no to purchasing extra frosting when they clearly didn't put enough on in the first place.

This was my “lemon cake”. I got four and they all went straight to the garbage. The “cake” was an awful tasting flat dense slimy disk. They made them wrong and should have never given these to a customer. The prior week they sold me banana bread with hard grey pieces in it that literally the fork couldn’t penetrate. It was like the texture of overcooked chicken and they grey color was extremely off-putting. The Olympia store messes up 75%+ of my desserts and it’s too expense to gamble that they’ll make the correctly. The last 10 desserts ended up in the garbage. Crumbl offered me a voucher for these “lemon cakes” but I declined because my only interest is some level of quality control at this location. Maybe they are putting too much pressure on the employees with the LTO’s? Either way- unacceptable (expensive) product. Buyer beware.

OMG we have one on the Westside !!! One word for the “Wedding Cake “ is heavenly. The cookie is thick but soft and not heavy. The raspberry cream frosting is amazing. Deep raspberry flavor and not super sweet, Perfection. This cookie is always an every day choice. The Muddy Bites Pistachio Gelato is a real treat. The real treat was the French Toast. This is the coolest thing since sliced bread. A thick fluffy cookie that has so many flavors. You have to eat it while it is warm. Spread the butter cream across the entire cookie and enjoy the best cookie ever!

I love crumble cookie. I like how the menu changes every week so there's always something new to try. I also love that they do bring back certain cookies so I can buy them again. My atustic daughter loves the cookies and cream cookie that make and every time I see they bring it back we automatically go buy a 6 pack for her and I to share. I also love how with the app you can earn points and see the weeks options. I also like how they update the app at 5pm (pst) on Sunday with the next weeks selection of cookies. I also love that on the app you get a free cookie qr code for your birthday that gets you a free cookie that you can go claim any time (that they are open) of your birthday month. So if you don't see something you want the week of your birthday (if your bithday is at the beginning of the month) you can wait or if you have a birthday at the end of the month but you see a cookie you want at the beginning of your birthday month you can get it. Crumble cookie is just cool. Definitely worth a try if you haven't and if you didn't like the cookies one week try again some other times they eventually have something...

I've ordered a timed pre-order twice now as a reward for my team members. I'd expect the order be ready to go at the time I need to pick it up, but I guess that's not a thing with this company. You can preorder online, but they don't actually put the box together until you get there and "check in" (which is inconvenient for them if you don't have the app to do that yourself). This is pretty inconvenient when you get there and it's busy. Then you have to wait to get your box until the 10 other people who came in to order get theirs. What's the point of having a timed preorder??? Plus employees act like it's an inconvenience if you don't have the app to check yourself in.

Please train your employees on glove use with food safety. Today I watched someone frosting the cookies try to tuck her hair behind her ear 4 times with the gloves on and then continue frosting the cookies. Kinda gross...
