I love crumble cookie. I like how the menu changes every week so there's always something new to try. I also love that they do bring back certain cookies so I can buy them again. My atustic daughter loves the cookies and cream cookie that make and every time I see they bring it back we automatically go buy a 6 pack for her and I to share. I also love how with the app you can earn points and see the weeks options. I also like how they update the app at 5pm (pst) on Sunday with the next weeks selection of cookies. I also love that on the app you get a free cookie qr code for your birthday that gets you a free cookie that you can go claim any time (that they are open) of your birthday month. So if you don't see something you want the week of your birthday (if your bithday is at the beginning of the month) you can wait or if you have a birthday at the end of the month but you see a cookie you want at the beginning of your birthday month you can get it. They put a normal/big dollop of the buttercream frosting down & under that was a tiny bit of the actual blueberry frosting, I even asked if this was how they came because it didn’t seem right the lady told me yes but that they were also having a problem making the frosting so I said ok no biggie. I then asked if I could atleast get a little extra blueberry frosting on the side that I would willing pay extra for & she told me she didn’t think so but she’d go ask. Read moreI've ordered a timed pre-order twice now as a reward for my team members. I'd expect the order be ready to go at the time I need to pick it up, but I guess that's not a thing with this company. You can preorder online, but they don't actually put the box together until you get there and "check in" (which is inconvenient for them if you don't have the app to do that yourself). This is pretty inconvenient when you get there and it's busy. Then you have to wait to get your box until the 10 other people who came in to order get theirs. What's the point of having a timed preorder??? Plus employees act like it's an inconvenience if you don't have the app to check yourself in.
