Cooper Point Marketplace — Local services in Olympia

Here we go again. Another business but I am not sure of, yet the review thing says that I've been there before, so I'm sure I'll be there again sometime. It would sure make it a lot easier if I knew where Cooper point plaza was. I mean I realize it's on Cooper point, but that's not saying much. There's a lot of places on Cooper point. There are plazas and stores and restaurants and businesses galore, but I just can't picture where a Cooper point plaza would be located if there is such a place. Maybe it's kind of like Oz. You know a place that exists only in your dreams or fantasies but not an actual place in real life. I'm going to be really bummed if the next time I visit whatever store it was that I visited last time that this review wanted me to review that I realized that I've been a frequent shopper at Cooper point plaza all this time and just never realized it, in which case I'll have to come back and give it a better rating...

While this strip mall has anchors of Ace Hardware and a huge Goodwill store along with a few eateries and retail stores🏦, the number of empty shops along with an outdated facade defines this "plaza" as a has-been from a previous era. A significant upgrade and investment is required to make the plaza actually feel and look like one. In the meantime, the easy go-to such as Burger King, Chinese restaurant 🍜(it too needs an urgent upgrade), Murphy's pizza, Post Office📮, and Ace🔐 keep this strip mall active. Generally and although a few shops look abandoned, the entirety of this strip mall does seem to be minimally maintained...

Went to World Market enjoyed it their. Lots of cool stuff to look at. Kinda spendy but did have some good sale items. Then went to Starbucks. This Starbucks needs to be more in tune with their drinks and customers. The barista couldn't even figure out a simple drink. Small iced vanilla coffee with 1/4 inch half n half. Gave her the order three times. Couldn't get size small vs. Grande. Hello. Charged more than other Starbucks but didn't say anything, just paid. Ask my name but not on cup, and didn't call out names, why ask. Customer service needs improvement. Least favorite Starbucks...
