Good luck getting what you ordered when ordering online. Instead of calling you, the person who is paying for the meal, when there is a problem with the order they will have the delivery guy "supposedly" contact you and have him/her order "on your behalf." Then, when your order is completely changed because the delivery person decided to make and executive decision, you will be receiving a completely different order. In my case, I ordered three chocolate malts and a vanilla malt. What I received was three warm/melted regular chocolate milkshakes with bits of strawberry chunks and a what appeared to be a plain non-malted vanilla shake (also warm and melted) that was actually filled half-way with chocolate. My mom is allergic to chocolate which is why I ordered her vanilla. Not to mention, my sisters and I absolutely hate strawberry.

I called to ask about the mix-up and the manager said it was the delivery person's fault for not having contacted me even though they also had my contact number ( it was required when ordering online) and the manager assured me I would get a refund for the milkshakes. A couple of days later I still didn't receive my refund so I again called and someone transferred me to a manager who told me it would take a couple of days for the funds to be transferred and that he would be personally looking into the matter, but the funny thing is he hung up before I had the chance to give him my name and contact information. No surprise, it's been over a week and still no refund.

I have no problem with mix-up's but I do have a problem when they blame the delivery person for something that is clearly their fault ( as in they should have never let somebody else order on my behalf when they have my contact information and it is my money paying for the meal) and when they don't right their faults by giving me...

Edit: Please do not support this business as they have poor management no hr it seems, and do not treat their employees well. If you value people eat anywhere else until this place learns to manage their business appropriator. My partner followed all the right steps it shouldn't be they're fault the manager told no one!

Not about the food but the management recently my partner worked here and was terminated inappropriately. They were sick and called out the day before they're shift and talked to one of the main managers, Bob or BIll or some such. My partner was told it was all handled they would find someone to cover. Cue several days later my partner comes in and is a terminated for a no call no show because not only did this manager not tell anyone they never updated my partners contact information or added them to the work group chat. We tried to take our concerns to hr but it seems not existant.

Sorry Five guys. Your burgers are good, but not cold. I would not order from the place for delivery. As my food was recieved cold and soggy. And said delivery service will do nothing. The food was delivered directly by five guys but through a service. It took 50 minutes to get my food but because it was in the window of time nothing can be done. So i had gross leukewarm soggy fries and a cold burger that was also soggy.... Great if you dine in or take out, but do not recommend delivery. $25 for a burger and fries...

This is one of the best burger joints in town! They seem to have a small menu at first glance until you get to the list of topping choices... We had the cheeseburger (which apparently already has 2 patties unless you get the little cheeseburger) +1 patty with A-1 steak sauce, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. The flavor was great! Definitely reminded me of old fashioned diner food in the best possible way. It did end up being a HUGE burger, but that was our own fault for not looking at the menu in it's entirety before submitting our order. We also got 2 large fries, one Cajun style and one regular style. But they put extra fries in the bag which basically equalled out to another entire large sized fries. Lastly, we tried their shakes. They have options of many different flavor mix-ins with regular, light, or extra as the options for amount of flavor. I did a chocolate cherry malt and my fiancee did a regular chocolate shake. Unfortunately, I chose extra on the chocolate, regular malt, and light cherry which made the chocolate flavor take over, but it was still really good for a chocolate malt shake! It was a bit on the expensive side, but we honestly didn't realize just how much food we'd get when we ordered it! Definitely worth the price! We'll definitely be going...
