The bus drivers are dangerous and need more training. They drive far to fast and then slam on the breaks causing or nearly causing injury to those who are riding the bus. They run stop signs. They nearly run stop lights and them slam on the breaks because they can't make it through the intersection safely. They make you stand then snap at you or get nasty towards you because you are in the isle or blocking the way and there is no where else to move. It is dangerous and is going to cause some one serious harm. I have seen them make elderly people with walkers move. I witnessed an elderly man fall and hit his head because of one of the bus drivers just a few days ago and all the bus driver did is look over and ask are you ok instead of getting up to help the elderly man up. It is rediculous and if it continues as it is someone is going to be seriously injured because of the bus drivers lack of proper training and lack of care and caution to keep themselves and the...

I was standing on 7/22/24 waiting for the first bus to arrive at the bus stop going towards lacey next to the shell station on Chambers st and the 62A which had the arrival time of 5:53am just rode right past me and 1 other waiting at the stop. It didn't even make an effort to stop or slow down whatsoever. I have been waiting all morning for the first bus as I have a mitigation court hearing early this morning at 9am in downtown Olympia for two parking tickets I was issued and need to make it to lacey first to get ready, drop off my belongings, and change my clothes. I have no other forms of transportation and am poor so the bus failing to stop was a waste of my time and effort I put into walking as far as I did to get here before busses started running. I walked from marathon park all the way here pushing my cart of...

I ride the 12 and it is routinely late, but that could be because if traffic. Except it's every time I ride it going towards the transfer center. One time it was so late it came right before the next one 30 minutes later. Also, someone needs to be checking the whole bus at the end of the loop. Also, I really really really reallywish that there were windows that could be opened because it can smell really bad sometimes, and being trapped in such a small space with so many people without fresh air is gross. But I'm glad to have the option of public transit, and its great that it's free. I just wish it got more funding as it’s an essential service to any community.

Love the bus drivers no matter what, they’re incredibly important people and I want them to be paid whatever they need to survive comfortably...
