The female “ manager “ it’s always nerve racking on edge nearly lose her mind for criticizing everything she encountered included you use the massage oil ( already charged extra to customers on top of the rate) very abusive verbally to their employees by painted their mental status.it’s indeed outrageous . All those “ fake nice” include change your shoes into parlor slippers ( those slippers seldom be cleaned )while get inside it’s the beginning for price gorging. They hide their employees live in the work places, facts treat people work there as a workaholic slave, they refused customers use the second bathroom as they wanna hide that shower place inside because that proves workers live inside the parlor. This literally sacrifices the level of customers convenience simply they don’t care. They take a great deal advantage of customers through overpricing the rates. that manager could complain / cursing right at your face in Chinese if she thought the tips it’s not greater enough.that can proven by surveillance camera of course they will denying that. I went with my bf to get a massage this pass weekend the lady that was doing my bf massage kept answering the telephone and was talking to customers while we were in the massage room (we heard the whole conversation a customer calling in to complain about the gift card she brought from the company but never got)she also stepped out of the room to help other people that were coming in the building so he did not really get his whole 45min massage due to the brakes she was taking we were ok with this until it was time to pay OMG I’ve never been to a business that was so unprofessional I wanted to split the bill to pay for the $100 massage on my card and I was going to do a cash tip! I told the woman at the counter take 100 off my card she swiped my card for 114 (after I said 100) and then kind of loudly said that my card was declined and kept asking me how I was gonna tip and telling me how I need to tip them I was going to tip them good because it was my birthday and I feel that the man that did my massage did good now the woman was way out of line and acted as if we were not going to tip for the service that was provided to us and for this reason I will not return or recommend this business to anyone and we were also supposed to get the same massage and we clearly did not his lower half like his legs calf’s ect were not done and mind were so this was not really that good of a experience for us and we will NOT be back after the way we...

Booked online a couples massage as shown online $130 got charged $230 plus $20 tip they did not explain they would add on extra things, I never said we wanted a cupping service or essential oils never got any explanation of us not including oil since they just asked what oil i wanted from list not that it would be extra. The person that did my massage did not apply any pressure literally felt as if someone was just putting oil on when I asked for pressure she literally was hurting me left bruises on me, took forever to get hot stones, left door open a few times as they finish left the door open for a while as i go to pay the guy was so rude saying i ordered a special package i literally said since I got there i booked online a couples massage not anything extra, yes they did cupping but i thought it was included when i was in there they didnt ask if I wanted cupping they just brought it in.
