James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We're so excited for new bed/base. Update: 01/01/2019 I had a few concerns with our bed after 2 mos of giving it a try. The height of it was hard to get used to-personal problem (still got addressed and fixed). But it felt like the bed was too short in length! I thought I was crazy but after measuring, it really was 4-5 inches shy which makes a difference. It was a really odd and stressful situation but we were under the assumption we had the 120 night trial. We mentioned it a few times when buying the bed in case we weren't happy with the firmness. I hoped James could help smooth everything out and put my mind at ease. Turns out all he cares about is selling beds like no tomorrow and your not his problem once you leave, that is how I felt. His attitude toward the "shortness" was poor and I felt silly. Which made me even more unhappy with this bed and we had them take our old one. I called a week or so later to return the bed and was told about all the fees and blah blah, had to think about what we should do. After the call I decided to walk into the Mattress Firm in L plaza as I was already in the area. THANK THE LORD I DID! I was helped by both Jon and Jeremy and got EVERYTHING taken care of. We even switched beds cuz they had the same ones in that store and we went for the softer one after awhile of laying on them. (I was originally just hoping the same one thinking mine was defective maybe) Jeremy explained why the bed could have been a little short and gave us tips for when we got this next one. He sold us shorter base legs that we changed out for the height too! 3 issues solved and we exchanged the bed ourselves to avoid delivery! During our visit the other guy called back left a message saying I got an "outlet sale" and there's no exchanges or returns period, sorry. Willing to leave a customer that unhappy and do nothing? Gee, thanks.

Read morePurchased a bed here back in 2022. the bed was sagging a whole two inches on the middle. called and got a warranty claim sent in. it got approved, unfortunately the same bed i was wanting was not available. had to pay more to get a bed that hopefully isn't going to go kaput in a couple years like last time.
Got told several things through phone calls with employees and in person to later find out i was lied to.
Originally when i called the closest location and discussed it with their manager. was told that since the bed was heavy and sagging so much, there's no reason to pay the 100 dollar delivery fee to get a new one delivered. i was told i can either destroy, donate, or recycle the bed. was also told that they can certainly price match NFM that was offering a gift card/store credit for purchasing a new bed with the warranty swap (i pay the difference). I was also told if i purchase the higher end bed, that offers the free adjustable base, i could swap that for store credit so i could purchase sheets/pillows.
Absolutely everything the manager/employees that told me all of this were either lying. or the employees and manager on site didn't want to do any kind of deal whatsoever. every single thing i was told was a lie. that they weren't available to do any of that and can't price match or match any offer from other companies. I now have a bed that i can't sleep in that kills my back, and i'm torn between giving them more money to get a bed that hopefully won't do the same thing in two years.
I have purchased three beds from mattress firm, but after this fourth one, i will absolutely not be going back. the first three purchases were great, offered good deals and extras to give me such a great experience, but it seems like if you have a warranty issue, that all goes out the door and you're treated less than. These four beds totaled over 13 thousand dollars. and the service and hospitality i have received will make sure i will not spend any more here. I will gladly go somewhere else to purchase a bed where im valued...

I went into the store and asked them if I can get a mattress that has plush on both sides so that I can flip the bed multiple times and he directed me to this bed that has plush on one side and springs on the other. I didn't notice this until they delivered it to me and I had no other bed to sleep on if I was to send it back. I called them and said I told you guys I wanted a bed that was plush on both sides without the springs and they told me I would have to send it back and pay more for another bed. So you guys lied to me when I came in just to get my money and now you want me to spend more 😳 One year later this mattress is GARBAGE!! It is not firm at all, it gets dirty even with my sheets on the bed (which I don't even know how that's happening because my black sheets are new), it's sunk in on both sides and the springs are coming through the mattress with holes. I am highly pissed because I spent more than $250 on this bed. I woke up this morning and tried to get out of bed and one of the springs cut me on my thigh and now I'm bleeding 😫 I really wish I could sue them for false advertisement!.
